102·中国CT和MRI杂志2023年02月第21卷第02期总第160期【第一作者】李拓,女,副主任医师,主要研究方向:超声医学。E-mail:lituo369369@163.com【通讯作者】李拓论著ComparativeAnalysisofDiagnosticValueofContrast-EnhancedUltrasoundandMRIonSmallBreastCancer(diameter≤2.0cm)*LITuo1,*,ZHANGJun-peng1,CUIJun-sheng2.1.DepartmentofUltrasound,TheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofNanyangMedicalCollege,Nanyang473000,HenanProvince,China2.DepartmentofMedicalTechnology,NanyangMedicalCollege,Nanyang473000,HenanProvince,ChinaABSTRACTObjectiveTocompareandanalyzethediagnosticvalueofcontrast-enhancedultrasound(CEUS)andmagneticresonanceimaging(MRI)onsmallbreastcancer.Methods65patientswithsurgicallyremovedbreastmasses(diameter≤2.0cm)whowerediagnosedandtreatedinthehospitalbetweenOctober2018andMay2021wereenrolledastheresearchsubjects.Usingclinicopathologicaldiagnosisresultsasthe"goldstandard",thediagnosticvalueofcontrast-enhancedultrasoundandMRIonsmallbreastcancerwasanalyzed,andtheenhancementcharacteristicsofcontrast-enhancedultrasoundandMRIimagingaswellastheTICcurvetypesofcontrast-enhancedultrasoundandMRIimaginginpatientswithbenignandmalignantlesionswerecompared.ResultsPathologicalresultsshowedthatamong65patientswithbreastmasses,therewere33casesofmalignantlesionsand32casesofbenignlesions.Thesensitivity,specificityandaccuracyrateinthediagnosisofsmallbreastcancerwere81.81%,90.62%and86.15%ofcontrast-enhancedultrasoundandwere84.84%,96.87%and90.76%ofMRIrespectively.9casesweremisdiagnosedbycontrast-enhancedultrasound(9/65,13.85%),and6casesweremisdiagnosedbyMRI(6/65,9.23%),thustherewasnodifferenceinthemisdiagnosisratebetweenthetwo(P>0.05).Thenumberofcaseswithhomogeneousenhancementincontrast-enhancedultrasoundwaslessthanthatinMRIwhilethenumberofcaseswithnon-homogeneousenhancementwasmorethanthatinMRI(P<0.05),andtheareaofinternalperfusiondefectwaslargerthanthatinMRI(P<0.05).Ultrasoundimagingtime-intensitycurve(TIC)resultsweremostlyfast-inandfast-outtypeorfast-inandslow-outtypeinmalignantlesiongroup,andweremostl...
