32024,14(3)医师在线第14卷第3期·论著·基于数据挖掘探讨针灸治疗脑卒中后失语症的取穴规律揭毅文，冯成玲（东晖医院成人康复科，广西贵港537100）【摘要】目的通过数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗脑卒中后失语症的取穴规律。方法选取国家知识基础设施数据库近5年关于针灸治疗脑卒中后语言障碍的文献，根据纳入与排除标准筛选合适文献，并通过SPSSModeler18.0、SPSS25.0、Cytoscape及Origin2023等软件对针灸处方进行可视化分析，主要内容包括穴位或选区出现频次、特定穴、归经、部位、关联规则及系统聚类分析等。结果共纳入47篇文献，涉及腧穴103个、特定穴12类、经络14条。其中，频次最高的腧穴为廉泉、百会、玉液、金津、哑门、风池、水沟、风府等；特定穴以交会穴、八脉交会穴、合穴、输穴等为主；主要归经为督脉、足少阳胆经等；关联规则分析发现，金津-玉液、玉液-金津、水沟-百会、金津-廉泉-玉液、玉液-廉泉-金津、玉液-百会-金津等组合置信度、支持度最高；系统聚类分析可知，103个腧穴大致可以分为6大聚类。结论针灸治疗脑卒中后失语症的取穴部位以头颈部、口腔等“近治”穴位为主，治疗选穴以督脉、足少阳胆经更为多见，特定穴以交会穴、八脉交会穴为主。【关键词】脑卒中后失语症；针灸；数据挖掘；可视化；取穴规律Discussiononacupointselectionruleofacupunctureandmoxibustiontreatmentofpost-strokeaphasiabasedondataminingJIEYi-wen,FENGCheng-ling.DepartmentofAdultRehabilitation,DonghuiHospital,Guigang537100,China.【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheacupointselectionruleofacupunctureandmoxibustiontreatmentofpost-strokeaphasiabydataminingtechnology.MethodsTheliteraturesonacupunctureandmoxibustiontreatmentofpost-strokelanguagedisorderintherecent5yearswereselectedfromtheNationalKnowledgeInfrastructuredatabase,suitableliteratureswereselectedaccordingtoinclusionandexclusioncriteria,andtheacupunctureandmoxibustionprescriptionswerevisuallyanalyzedbySPSSModeler18.0,SPSS25.0,CytoscapeandOrigin2023software.Themaincontentsincludethefrequencyofoccurrenceofacupointsorconstituencies,specificacupoints,meridiantropism,location,associationrulesandsystematicclusteranalysis.ResultsAtotalof47literatureswereincluded,involving103acupoints,12typesofspecificacupointsand14meridians....
