医院管理论坛|2024年1月第41卷第1期|31学术研究拉萨市医疗设施地域分布及优化研究StudyonGeographicalDistributionandOptimizationofMedicalFacilitiesinLhasa□许鹏XUPeng①方丽媛FANGLi-yuan②摘要Abstract目的后疫情时代，优化医疗设施空间布局，将有限的医疗资源进行合理分配以提升医疗服务质量与效率是实现医疗机构高质量发展的必由之路。方法通过收集拉萨市医疗设施分布信息，使用地理信息空间分析技术，对拉萨市医疗设施的地域分布特征及其影响因素进行研究。结果拉萨市医疗设施空间聚集度较高，主要集中在人口密集的城关区，郊县医疗机构服务范围大，布局较为薄弱。在整体上应加强拉萨市西南方向区县医疗设施配置，向东方向加强区县医疗资源能力储备。结论拉萨市医疗设施布局主要受人口和经济、交通、政策等因素的影响，需通过综合优化手段，从整体和局部角度提升全市区域医疗保障能力，促进拉萨市医疗服务的均衡与公平。ObjectiveInthepost-epidemicera,theonlywaytoachievehigh-qualitydevelopmentistooptimizethelayoutofmedicalfacilitiesandallocatethelimitedmedicalresourcesreasonably.MethodsThegeographicaldistributionofmedicalfacilitiesinLhasaanditsinfluencingfactorswerestudiedbyusinggeographicinformationspatialanalysis.ResultsThespatialclusteringofmedicalfacilitiesinLhasawashigh,mainlyconcentratedinthedenselypopulatedurbandistricts,whiletheruralmedicalinstitutionshadawiderangeofservices,andtheirlayoutwasrelativelyweak.Onthewhole,itisnecessarytostrengthentheallocationofmedicalfacilitiesinthesouthwestdirectionofLhasa.andstrengthenthereserveofmedicalresourcesintheeastdirection.ConclusionThelayoutofmedicalfacilitiesinLhasaismainlyaffectedbyfactorssuchaspopulation,economy,transportation,andpolicies.Comprehensivemeasuresshouldbetakentoenhancethecity'sregionalmedicalsecuritycapacityfrombothaholisticandalocalperspective,andpromotethebalanceandequityofmedicalservicesinLhasa.关键词Keywords：医疗机构Medicalfacilities；医疗服务资源Medicalserviceresources；地域分布Geographicaldistribution；拉萨市Lhasa作者单位：①中国移动通信集团陕西有限公司汉中分公司HanzhongBranch,ChinaMobileCommunicationsGroupShaanxiCo.,Ltd.②陕西科技大学经济与管理学院Coll...
