临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Clinicalcharacteristics,chemotherapyandimmunotherapysituationofgastriccancerwithdifferentLaurenclassificationsZENGRui,XIEZhong*,ZHOUJingkai(GuangdongMedicalUniversity,Zhanjiang524023,China)ABSTRACT:Inthepastdecades,thevalueofpredictingtheprognosisofgastriccancerbasedonhistopathologicalclassificationislimited.Atpresent,themostvaluableclinicalclassificationisLaurenclassification,whichwasintroducedin1965andisstillwidelyacceptedandused.Amongthem,gastriccancerisdividedintotwomainhistologicalsubtypes,namelyintestinal-typegastriccancer(IGC)anddiffuse-typegastriccancer(DGC).ThetwohistologicalsubtypesofgastriccancerproposedbyLaurenclassificationshowedmanydifferentclinicalandcellularcharacteristics,includingcelldifferentiation,epidemiology,carcinogenesis,biologicalbehaviorandprognosis.Gastriccancerisamalignanttumorwithsignificantheterogeneity.Laurenclassificationhasacertaincorrelationwiththeprognosisofpatients,reflectingthehistologicaloriginandbiologicalbehaviorofgastriccancertoacertainextent.Differenttypesofhistologicalgastriccancershowdifferentsensitivityandheterogeneitytochemotherapyandimmunotherapy.Therefore,Laurenclassificationmayprovideabasisforindividualizedtreatmentforpatientswithgastriccancer.However,fewstudieshaveexploredindividualizedtreatmentbasedonpathologicalclassification.ThepurposeofthisreviewistoanalyzetheclinicalcharacteristicsofthetwomajorhistologicalsubtypesofgastriccancerproposedbyLaurenclassification,anddiscusstheirsignificanceforindividualizedchemotherapyandthedifferenceintheefficacyofimmunotherapy.KEYWORDS:Laurenclassification;gastriccancer;histopathological不同Lauren分型胃癌的临床特征及化疗、免疫治疗现状曾睿，谢忠*，周敬凯（广东医科大学，广东湛江，524023）摘要：过去数十年里，依据组织病理学分型来预测胃癌预后价值有限，目前临床上最有价值的分型为Lauren分型，这种分型在1965年引入，至今仍被广泛接受和使用，其中胃癌被分为两种主要的组织学亚型，即肠型胃癌（IGC）和弥漫型胃癌（DGC）。Lauren分型提出的两种胃癌组织学亚型表现出...
