临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期EffectsofadjustinganestheticdoseonhemodynamicsinpatientswithgeneralanesthesiaunderBISanesthesiadepthmonitoringJINHan(AnesthesiologyDepartment,989HospitalofPLAJointLogisticsSupportForce,Pingdingshan467000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzetheeffectsofadjustinganestheticdoseonhemodynamicsinpatientswithgeneralanesthesiaunderbispectralindex(BIS)anesthesiadepthmonitoring.MethodsAtotalof120elderlypatientsundergoinggeneralanesthesiaforhipreplacementinourhospitalfromAugust2020toAugust2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtothedifferenceofanesthesiamonitoringmethods,thepatientsweredividedintoroutinegroup(30cases,routinevitalsignsmonitoring)andobservationgroup(90cases,BISanesthesiadepthmonitoring).Thehemodynamicindexes,serumindexesandadverseeventsofanesthesiawerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsAtintubation(A1),10minafteroperation(A2)andextubation(A4),thehemodynamicindexesintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseintheroutinegroup(P<0.05).AtA2andA4,thelevelsofnorepinephrine(NE),fastingbloodglucose(Glu)andcortisol(Cor)intheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseintheroutinegroup(P<0.05).Theincidencesofrespiratorydepression,restlessness,nauseaandvomiting,headacheandchillsintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseintheroutinegroup(P<0.05).ConclusionItissafeandefficienttoadjustinganestheticdosebyBISanesthesiadepthmonitoringinpatientswithgeneralanesthesia.KEYWORDS:generalanesthesia;bispectralindex;anesthesiamonitoring;anestheticdoseBIS麻醉深度监测下调整麻醉药物剂量对全身麻醉患者血流动力学的影响金菡（解放军联勤保障部队第九八九医院麻醉科，河南平顶山，467000）摘要：目的分析脑电双频指数（BIS）麻醉深度监测下调整麻醉药物剂量对全身麻醉患者血流动力学的影响。方法选择我院2020年8月至2021年8月收治的120例老年髋关节置换全身麻醉手术患者作为研究对象，以麻醉监测方式差异将其分为常规组（30例，常规生命体征监测）和观察组（90例，BIS麻醉深度监测）。比较两组的血流动力学指标、血清指标及麻醉不良事件发生情况。结果插管时（A1）、开始手术后10min（A2）、拔管时...
