临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期ApplicationeffectofPDCAcycleinthemanagementofexternalqualityassessmentoftransfusioncompatibilitytestingSHANGGUANZhimin,QUChenhong,TANGLiang*(BloodTransfusionDepartment,theFirstPeople'sHospitalofChangzhou,Changzhou213003,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheroleofPDCAcycleinthemanagementofexternalqualityassessmentoftransfusioncompatibilitytesting.MethodsAtotalof11externalqualityassessmentresultsoftransfusioncompatibilitytestinginourhospitalfrom2018to2019(beforePDCAimplementation)and12externalqualityassessmentresultsfrom2020to2021(afterPDCAimplementation)werecollected.From2020to2021,PDCAcyclewasappliedtocontinuouslyimprovetheprocessofexternalqualityassessment.TheresultsoftrainingandassessmentofdepartmentpersonnelbeforeandafterPDCAimplementationwerecompared;theresultsofexternalqualityassessmentofNationalCenterforClinicalLaboratoriesafterPDCAimplementationwereanalyzed.ResultsAfterPDCAimplementation,thescoresofequipmentmaintenance,confirmationofreagentvalidityperiod,cellconcentrationconfiguration,confirmationofmarkingbeforesampletransfertoEPtube,correctinterpretationofagglutinationintensity,analysisofpositiveresultsofanti-screening,andexamination,analysistheresultsissuedwerehigherthanthosebeforePDCAimplementation(P<0.05).AfterPDCAimplementation,theresultsofexternalqualityassessmentofNationalCenterforClinicalLaboratorieswereconsistentwiththestandardresults.AfterPDCAimplementation,exceptthattheevaluationofantibodyscreeningabilitywasupgradedfromCgradebeforePDCAimplementationtoBgrade,therestoftheexternalqualityassessmentprojectsreachedAlevel.ConclusionPDCAcycleplaysanimportantroleinthemanagementofexternalqualityassessmentoftransfusioncompatibilitytesting,whichcanstandardizetheoperationprocessofexternalqualityassessment,improvethelevelofdetectionandanalysis.KEYWORDS:PDCAcycle;transfusioncompatibilitytesting;externalqualityassessmentPDCA循环法在输血相容性检测室间质评管理中的应用效果上官志敏，屈晨虹，唐亮*（江苏省常州市第一人民医院输血科，...
