摘要我国城市化的进程不断加快，现有城市行政执法的模式，越来越不能适应城市管理需要，于是成立了城管执法部门。城管执法在行政执法的范围内，是全面推进依法治国的重点，关系到广阔人民的自身利益。在深入的推进法治化的进程中，城管部门的执法引发了诸多冲突，使城管执法陷入了困境。本文首先确定了研究的背景和研究的目的。分析了研究的意义及国内外的研究现状并确定了研究的方法。主要运用了比较研究法、文献研究法、标准分析法和实证研究法等方法，之后对城管执法相关的概念进行了说明，给城市、城市管理、城管部门、行政执法和城管执法分别下了定义，简要的介绍了城管执法的职能范围和方式，分析了我国目前的城管的执法的现状、城管执法过过程中产生的问题以及出现问题的原因。最后结合国内外城市化进程中城管在执法中的实践，提出了促进城管执法的对策。关键词：城管；行政执法；经验借鉴；管理实践AbstractTheprocessofurbanizationinChinahasbeenaccelerating,andtheexistingurbanadministrativelawenforcementmodelislessandmoreunabletomeettheneedsofurbanmanagement.Yushichenglihasraisedthecitymanagementlawenforcementdepartment.Inthescopeofadministrativelawenforcement,urbanmanagementandlawenforcementisthekeytocomprehensivelyadvancingtheruleoflaw,anditisthemostimportantthingthatconcernstheimmediateinterestsofthepeople.Intheprocessoffurtherpromotingtheruleoflaw,thelawenforcementofthecitymanagementdepartmenthascausedmanyconflicts,whichhascausedthecitymanagementlawenforcementtofallintoadilemma.Thispaperfirstdeterminesthebackgroundofthestudyandthepurposeofthestudy.Thispaperanalyzesthesignificanceoftheresearchandthecurrentresearchsituationathomeandabroad,anddeterminesthemethodofresearch.Itmainlyusescomparativeresearchmethods,literatureresearchmethods,normativeanalysismethods,andempiricalresearchmethods.Afterwards,itexplainstheconceptsrelatedtourbanmanagementlawenforcement,anddefinescities,urbanmanagement,urbanmanagementdepartments,administrativelawenforcement,andurbanmanagementlawenforcement.Thispaperbrieflyintroducesthefunctionalscopeandmethodofurbanmanagementlawenforcement,analyzesthecurrentsituationofurbanmanagementlawenforcementinCh...
