·1266·第53卷第11期2023年11月Vol.53No.11Nov.2023日用化学工业(中英文)ChinaSurfactantDetergent&CosmeticsPreparationofpoly(lactic-co-glycolicacid)microsphereanditsbehaviorsofencapsulationandreleaseoftriamcinoloneacetonideWenboYuan1,HuatongZhang2,CongdeQiao2,LingWang2,MingmingLuan2,XiaodengYang2,*(1.EngineeringTechnologyCenter,ShandongGuyuchunBiotechnologyCo.,Ltd.,Jinan,Shandong250098,China;2.ShandongKeyLaboratoryofMolecularEngineering,QiluUniversityofTechnology,ShandongAcademyofSciences,Jinan,Shandong250353,China)Abstract:Triamcinoloneacetonidehastheadvantagesofstrongmedicalefficacyandlongduration,however,itsoilsolubilitylimitsitsapplication.Poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid)(PLGA)hasexcellentbiocompatibilityandbiodegradability,whichcanbemadeintomicrospheresloadedwithtriamcinoloneacetonide.Inthiswork,thePLGAwaspreparedusingtrifluoromethanesulfonicacidascatalystandglucoseasinitiator.Themolecularstructure,molecularweightandmolecularweightdistributionofPLGAwerecharacterizedbyNMRandgelchromatography.TheresultsshowedthatthemassratiooflacticacidtoglycolicacidsegmentsinPLGAwas50∶50,andthemoleculeswereterminatedwithcarboxylgroups,andthemolecularweightwasbetween36000and41000,exhibitingnarrowmolecularweightdistribution(molecularweightdistributionindexwasca.1.60).Themicrospheresweremadebyelectrostaticsprayingmethod,whoseparticlesizewaslessthan20μm(thecontentofmicrospheresofdiameterbeingsmallerthan20μmwasmorethan92%).Thedrugloadingefficiencyfortriamcinoloneacetonidewasmorethan44%,andtheperiodofreleasewasupto120h.Intheinitialstageofdrugrelease,therelationshipbetweendrugreleaserateandtimewaslinear.ThisworkcouldprovidebasicdataforthepreparationofPLGAmicrospheresfordrug-loadingandexpandtheapplicationoftriamcinoloneacetonideinthetreatmentofallergicdermatitis,neurodermatitisandchroniceczema.Moreover,thisworkcouldprovidereferenceforthedevelopmentoffunctionalskincareproducts.Keywords:triamcinoloneacetonide;poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid);microsphere;drugloadingReceived:Octob...
