临床医学研究与实践2023年10月第8卷第28期EffectsoftranscranialdirectcurrentstimulationcombinedwithmirrorneuronrehabilitationtrainingsystemoncognitivefunctionandnervefactorlevelinpatientswithcraniocerebralinjuryZHONGXiaoxi,GAOZhiyun*,WANGJuan(YulinNo.2Hospital,Yulin719000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectsoftranscranialdirectcurrentstimulationcombinedwithmirrorneuronrehabilitationtrainingsystemoncognitivefunctionandnervefactorlevelinpatientswithcraniocerebralinjury.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithcraniocerebralinjuryadmittedfromOctober2020toOctober2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutinerehabilitationtrainingintervention,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithtranscranialdirectcurrentstimulationcombinedwithmirrorneuronrehabilitationtrainingsystemonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofeachdimensionandtotalscoreofMini-酝entalStateExamination(MMSE)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thelevelsofneuron-specificenolase(NSE)andmyelinbasicprotein(MBP)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelsofnervegrowthfactor(NGF)andbrain-derivedneurotrophicfactor(BDNF)werehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofFugl-MeyerAssessmentofUpperExtremity(FMA-UE)andModifiedBarthelIndex(MBI)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTranscranialdirectcurrentstimulationcombinedwithmirrorneuronrehabilitationtrainingsystemishelpfultoimprovethecognitivefunctionofpatientswithcraniocerebralinjury,regulatethelevelofnervefactors,andfurtherimprovelimbmotorfunctionanddailylivingability,whichisworthyofpromotion.KEYWORDS:transcranialdirectcurrentstimulation;mirrorneuronrehabilitationtrainingsystem;cranio原cerebralinjury经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神...
