医院管理论坛|2024年3月第41卷第3期|63药品管理基于循证药学的AMS模式在临床药品合理使用中的应用及效果分析ApplicationandEffectAnalysisofAMSModelBasedonEvidence-BasedPharmacyinRationalUseofClinicalDrugs□许晓辰XUXiao-chen潘慧斌PANHui-bin摘要Abstract目的探讨基于循证药学的抗菌药物科学化管理(AMS)模式在临床药品合理使用中的应用及效果。方法收集基于循证药学的AMS模式实施前的2021年与实施后的2022年医院相关临床资料。比较实施前后临床药物管理指标、抗菌药物不合理使用以及抗菌药物使用强度。结果2021年门诊、急诊、住院患者抗菌药使用占比、住院患者感染发生占比以及单次住院抗菌药使用费用明显高于2022年，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。2021年不合理使用处方数、用药剂量不合适数、联合用药不合适数高于2022年，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。2022年抗菌药物使用强度相较于2021年下降了23.32%。结论基于循证药学的AMS模式能够有效改善抗菌药物使用，促进合理用药。ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationandeffectofthescientificmanagementofantibacterialdrugs(AMS)modelbasedonevidence-basedpharmacyintherationaluseofclinicaldrugs.MethodsClinicaldatarelatedtothehospitalbeforetheimplementationoftheAMSmodelbasedonevidence-basedpharmacywerecollectedin2021andaftertheimplementationin2022Theclinicaldrugmanagementindicators,irrationaluseofantibioticsandintensityofantibioticsusewerecomparedbeforeandaftertheimplementation.ResultsIn2021,theproportionofoutpatient,emergency,andinpatientpatientsusingantibiotics,theproportionofinpatientinfections,andthecostofantibioticsuseperhospitalizationweresignificantlyhigherthanin2022,withstatisticalsignificance(p<0.05).Thenumberofirrationaluseprescriptions,inappropriatedosageofmedication,andinappropriatecombinationtherapyin2021washigherthanthatin2022,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(p<0.05).Theintensityofantibacterialdrugusein2022decreasedby23.32%comparedto2021.ConclusionTheAMSmodelbasedonevidence-basedpharmacycaneffectivelyimprovetheuseofantibioticsandpromoterationaldruguse.关键词Keywords：循证药学Evidence-basedpharmacy；合理用药Rationaldruguse；抗菌药物科学化管理模式Antimicrobialstewardshipscienti...
