第53卷第11期2023年11月Vol.53No.11Nov.2023·1345·日用化学工业（中英文）ChinaSurfactantDetergent&CosmeticsReceived:March28,2023;Revised:October25,2023.*Correspondingauthor.Tel.:+86-13919102724,E-mail:1018830451@qq.com.甘肃省自然科学基金项目（21JR1RA275）；甘肃省自然科学基金项目（21JR11RA137）DOI：10.3969/j.issn.2097-2806.2023.11.015DeterminationofferulicacidandbaicalincontentinGuiQintoothpasteanditspharmacodynamicstudyLixiaZheng,HuiqinGao,SaLi,CongjiaGuo,QianyingHao,GuotaiWu*（SchoolofPharmacy,GansuUniversityofChineseMedicine,Lanzhou,Gansu730000,China）Abstract:Amethodfordeterminingthecontentofferulicacidandbaicaleininthetoothpastebyhighperformanceliquidchromatography（HPLC）wasestablished,anditspharmacologicaleffectssuchasanti-inflammatory,analgesicandhemostaticeffectswerestudied.AngelicaandBaicalskullcaprootarethemainmedicinesofGuiQintoothpaste.Thecontentofferulicacidandbaicalein,themaincomponentsofGuiQintoothpaste,wasdeterminedbyHPLC.ThecolumnwasAgilentZOBAXSBC18（2.1mm×150mm,5μm）,themobilephasewasacetonitrile-0.2%aceticacidaqueoussolution（gradientelutation）,theflowratewas1.0mL/min,thedetectionwavelengthwas320nm,andthecolumntemperaturewas35℃.Theanti-inflammatory,analgesicandhemostaticeffectsofGuiQintoothpastewereinvestigatedbyestablishingamodelofxylene-inducedearswelling,mousehotplatemethodandmouseliverwoundbleedingmodel.Theexpressionofinflammatoryfactorssuchastumornecrosisfactor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-1β（IL-1β）andinterleukin-6（IL-6）inthemouseeartissueswasdetectedbyELISA.Theinjectionratesofferulicacidandbaicalinshowagoodlinearrelationshipbetweentheinjectionconcentrationandthepeakareaintherangeof3.04-304μg/mLand2.86-286μg/mL,respectively（R2>0.9997）.TheRSDsoftheprecision,stabilityandrepeatabilitytestsarelessthan3.0%.Theaveragedosingrecoveryratesare98.95%and99.87%,andtheRSDsare1.51%and0.22%,respectively.Thesampleshouldcontainnolessthan0.54mgofferulicacidper1gandnolessthan16.8mgofbaicalin.TheHPLCmethodhasstrongspecificity,goodrepeatabilityandstabi...
