第42卷第5期2023年10月·治理技术·关于正渗透膜减量膜滤浓缩液的技术分析王清森",张亚东²,郑伟",金晶",王庆'(1.光大环境修复(江苏)有限公司,南京211102;2.上田环境修复有限公司,江苏常州213000)摘要:为评估正渗透膜技术在垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液减量化处理的可行性,采用了以正渗透膜为核心的设备用于某填埋场垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓缩液的减量化,通过收集该系统在实际工程应用中的运行数据,分析该技术在实际工程应用中运行的稳定性、膜堵塞情况、膜通量、运行成本,归纳总结该技术的优缺点,并指出了推广该技术函需解决的技术难点。结果显示该技术在工程应用中可行,相比于其他膜技术,正渗透膜更不易堵塞,但正渗透膜通量低,为1.125L/(m²/h),除人工外的运行成本为67.92元/吨产水,该技术的主要优点是不易发生膜堵塞,无需使用高压泵给污水提供巨大驱动压力,能够浓缩高盐浓缩液,缺点是系统占地面积太大,且汲取液中溶质与水的分离能耗较高。该技术函需解决的难点在于提高正渗透膜通量以及降低汲取液中溶质与水分离的能耗。关键词:正渗透;浓缩液;减量化;渗滤液中图分类号:X703.1TechnicalAnalysisofConcentrateFiltrationbyReducedForwardOsmosisMembraneWANGQing-sen',ZHANGYa-dong",ZHENGWeil,JINJing",WANGQing'(1.EverbrightEnwironmentalRestoration(Jiangsu)Co.,Ltd.,Nanjing211102,China;2.ShangtianEnvironmentalRemediationCo.,Ltd,Changzhou,Jiangsu213000,China)Abstract:Inordertoevaluatethefeasibilityofforwardosmosismembranetechnologyinthereductiontreatmentoflandillleachatemembraneconcentrate,theequipmentwithforwardosmosismembraneasthecorewasusedforthereductionoflandfillleachatemembraneconcentrateinalandill.Bycollectingtheoperationdataofthesysteminpracticalengineeringapplication,thestability,membraneblockage,membranefluxandoperationcostofthetechnologyinpracticalengineeringapplicationwereanalyzed.Theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthetechnologyweresummarized,andthetechnicaldifficultiesthatneedtobesolvedurgentlywerepointedout.Theresultsshowthatthetechnologyisfeasibleinengineeringapplications.Comparedwithothermembranetechnologies,theforwardosmosismembraneislesslikelytobeblocked,buttheforwardosmosismembranefluxislow,whichis1.125L/(m/h),andtheopera...
