第6期ComparativeanalysisofarthroscopicinternaldrainageversusopensurgeryinthetreatmentofpoplitealcystsZHUChangbao，XIAOHui，WANGJianyuan，LUYongjiang，LIChunbo，CHENCao（DepartmentofTraumaticOrthopedics,GeneralHospitalofXinjiangMilitaryRegion,Urumqi830013,China）Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyofarthroscopicinternaldrainageinthetreatmentofpoplitealcysts.MethodsAtotalof63patientswithpoplitealcystsadmittedtothedepartmentoforthopedics,GeneralHospitalofXinjiangMilitaryRegionfromJanuary2016toJanuary2020wereenrolledanddividedintoarthroscopicinternaldrainagegroup（33cases）andopensurgerygroup（30cases）.Operationtime,incisionlengthandlengthofhospitalstaywerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Postoperativefollow-upwasconductedbetweenthetwogroups,andtherecurrenceofcystsandLysholmfunctionscoreofkneejointswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTheoperationtimeofpatientsinthearthroscopicinternaldrainagegroupwaslongerthanthatintheopensurgerygroup,whiletheincisionlengthandhospitalstaywereshorterthanthatintheopensurgerygroup.Therewasnodifferenceintherecurrencerateofcystsbetweenthetwogroups12monthsaftersurgery,andthekneefunctionscoreofpatientsinthearthroscopicinternaldrainagegroupwasbetterthanthatintheopensurgerygroup.ConclusionArthroscopicdrainageforpoplitealcystofkneejointhastheadvantagesofsmallincision,shorthospitalstaysandexcellentkneefunction,andisasafeandeffectivetreatmentmethod.Keywords：Jneearthroscopy；Poplitealcyst；Internaldrainage；Open·论著·关节镜下内引流术与开放手术治疗腘窝囊肿疗效分析朱长宝，肖辉，王建元，陆永江，李纯博，陈操（新疆军区总医院创伤骨科，乌鲁木齐830013）第53卷第6期2023年6月新疆医学XINJIANGMEDICALJOURNALVol.53No.6June.2023摘要：目的探讨关节镜下内引流术治疗腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取新疆军区总医院创伤骨科2016年1月-2020年1月收治的腘窝囊肿患者63例，分为关节镜下内引流术组（33例）和开放手术组（30例）。比较两组患者手术时间、切口长度及住院时间，对两组患者进行术后随访，比较两组患者囊肿复发情况及膝关节Lysholm功能评分。结果关节镜下内引流术组患者手...
