·43CHINESEJOURNALOFCTANDMRI,FEB.2023,Vol.21,No.02TotalNo.160【第一作者】王伟,男,主任医师,主要研究方向:磁共振诊断及功能成像方面。E-mail:wwyz965208977@163.com【通讯作者】王伟论著ValueofUltrasoundElastographyandEnhancedMRIintheDiagnosisandDifferentialDiagnosisofThyroidNodules*WANGWei1,*,ZHANGJun-wei2,LUXue-hong2.1.ImagingDepartment,TheseventhAffiliatedHospitalofSouthernMedicalUniversity,Foshan528244,GuangdongProvince,China2.ImageCenter,XinjiangUygurAutonomousRegionHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Urumqi830000,Xinjiang,ChinaABSTRACTObjectiveToinvestigatethevalueofultrasoundelastographyandenhancedmagneticresonanceimaging(MRI)inthediagnosisanddifferentialdiagnosisofbenignandmalignantthyroidnodules.MethodsTheclinicaldataofpatientswiththyroidnoduleswhounderwentsurgicaltreatmentinthehospitalwerecollectedbetweenJanuary2018andJanuary2020.SurgicalpathologicalresultsweretakenasthegoldenstandardtoanalyzethefindingsanddiagnosticperformanceofultrasoundelastographyandenhancedMRI.ResultsComparedwiththegoldenstandard,ultrasoundelastographydiagnosed67benignthyroidnodulesand46malignantthyroidnodules.Therewasastatisticallysignificantdifferenceinultrasoundelastographyscoresbetweenpatientswithbenignandmalignantthyroidnodules(P<0.05).Comparedwiththegoldenstandard,enhancedMRIdiagnosed72benignthyroidnodulesand41malignantthyroidnodules.Theproportionsofmalignantnoduleswithirregularshape,unclearboundaries,cysticdegeneration,andtypeIItime-intensitycurve(TIC)were92.86%90.48%,85.71%,and66.67%,respectively.Therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesinshape,boundary,cysticdegenerationandTICtypebetweenbenignandmalignantthyroidnodules(P<0.05).Receiveroperatingcharacteristic(ROC)curveanalysisfoundthattheareaunderthecurve(AUC),sensitivityandspecificityofultrasoundelastographywere0.877,88.10%and87.32%,whichofenhancedMRIwere0.931,90.48%and95.77%.TheAUCofenhancedMRIwassignificantlylargerthanthatofultrasoundelastography(P<0.05).ConclusionBothultrasoundelastographyandenhancedMRIcanbeusedforthedi...
