浙江省县城经济开展的金融政策研究和建议浙江省近年来的人均国内生产总值、农民人均纯收入和城镇居民可支配收入一直位列全国前列，在中国民营经济和巿场机制方面都具有领先的优势。现在，浙江已经进入了经济开展的关键时期。但浙江的县城金融开展水平相对其县城经济的开展稍落后，且逐渐成为县城经济保持快速开展的一大限制因素。如何充分发挥金融系统对资金的优化配置效劳功能，是浙江县城经济开展面临的一个重大课题。本文以浙江为例，着重探讨了县城金融开展对县城经济增长所产生的支撑作用。本文在对经济增长与金融开展的关系进行较为系统整理的层面上，着重探究了县城层面上金融对经济的支持机制和作用。本文又结合浙江构建第一批金融创新示范县〔市、区〕的工作部署，选取了慈溪具有代表性的县〔巿〕，对它在县城金融效劳体系创新方面的经验进行了整理和研究。最后，对浙江如何进行县城金融创新以及构建新型的县城金融效劳体系等提出了一些具有可行性的政策建议。关键词：县城经济，县城金融，金融创新AbstractInrecentyears,thedevelopmentofcountyeconomicinZhejiangProvincehasalwaysbeenontop.Theprivateeconomyanditsmarketmechanismareadvanced.Zhejianghasenteredacriticalperiodofeconomicdevelopment.However,thelevelofcountyfinancialdevelopmentinZhejiangislaggingbehind,andalreadyhamperedthecountyeconomy.Thecontradictionbetweenthecountyeconomyandthecountyfinanceisgettingtense.Overall,comparedtothepracticalneedsofthecountyeconomicdevelopment,thecountyfinanceisfarbehindforalotofreasons.Ifwecanmakefulluseofthefunctionswhichcanoptimizetheallocationoffundsofthefinancialsystem,itwillbenodoubtthattheeconomiesoftheCountyofZhejiangProvincewillbenefitalot.WeselectedacountyofZhejiangProvincetomakeastatementofitsexperienceofinnovationinthefinancialservicesystem.Finically,wegavesomepoliciesandproposalsonhowtoimprovethefinancialservicessystemandcreateamorefavorableexternalenvironmentforthecountyfinancial.Keywords：Countyeconomy,Countyfinance,Financialinnovation1ABSTRACT21绪论11.1研究的背景及意义11.1.1研究背景和主要思路11.1.2研究意义21.2国内研究综述32浙江县城金融的现状及机理分析52.1浙江县城经济的现状分析52.2浙江县城金融的特点及存在的问题62.3县城经济与县城金...
