临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期ClinicaleffectofhysteroscopyandlaparoscopycombinedwithblackloachguidewireinterventioninthetreatmentoftubalinfertilityHUANGJinhe,JIALuebin*(HanzhongRailwayCentralHospital,Hanzhong723000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectofhysteroscopyandlaparoscopycombinedwithblackloachguidewireinterventioninthetreatmentoftubalinfertility.MethodsAtotalof120patientswithtubalinfertilityadmittedinthegynecologyandobstetricsdepartmentofourhospitalfromJuly2017toJanuary2020wererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup(60cases,laparoscopicuterinetubalhydrotubation)andobservationgroup(60cases,hysteroscopyandlaparoscopycombinedwithblackloachguidewireintervention).Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTheoperationtimeandhospitalizationtimeoftheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andtheintraoperativebloodlosswaslessthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).At7dafteroperation,thelevelsoftumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4)andinterleukin-6(IL-6)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theintraoperativedredgingrate,postoperativetubalpatencyrateandpregnancyrateoftheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andtheincidenceofintraoperativetubalruptureandbleedingwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).At7dafteroperation,thelevelsofC-reactiveprotein(CRP),epinephrine(E)andcortisol(Cor)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Threemonthsafteroperation,thescoresof36-itemShortFromHealthSurvey(SF-36)dimensionsintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionHysteroscopyandlaparoscopycombinedwithblackloachguidewireinterventioninthetreatmentoftubalinfertilitycanshortentheoperationtime,reduceintraoperativebloodloss,improvethetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentandthequalityoflifeofpatients,whichisworthyofclinicalapplication.KEYWORDS:hysteroscopyandlapa...
