16·学术论坛·公共图书馆健康信息服务用户满意度影响因素研究倪伟宸(湘潭大学公共管理学院湖南湘潭411105)摘要:探索公共图书馆健康信息服务用户满意度的影响因素,有助于提高公共图书馆健康信息服务能力,提升用户健康水平,推动健康中国建设。基于美国顾客满意度指数模型构建公共图书馆健康信息服务用户满意度影响因素模型,文章通过问卷调查收集数据,利用结构方程模型对公共图书馆健康信息服务用户满意度的影响因素进行实证分析。实证结果表明用户期望、感知价值、感知质量对用户满意产生正向影响;用户满意对用户忠诚产生正向影响,对用户抱怨产生负向影响。公共图书馆应丰富馆藏健康资源,加强人文环境建设;提高馆员服务能力,增强用户认知水平;重视用户反馈,满足用户新需求;加强服务主体建设,重视健康服务发展以提高用户对公共图书馆健康信息服务的满意度。关键词:公共图书馆;健康信息服务;用户满意度;影响因素中图分类号:G258.2;G252.0文献标识码:AAStudyontheFactorsInfluencingUserSatisfactionofHealthInformationServicesinPublicLibrariesAbstractExploringtheinfluencingfactorsofusersatisfactionwithpubliclibraryhealthinformationserviceshelpstoimprovethecapacityofpubliclibraryhealthinformationservices,enhancethehealthlevelofusersandpromotetheconstructionofHealthyChina.BasedontheAmericancustomersatisfactionindexmodel,thispaperconstructsamodeloffactorsinfluencingusersatisfactionwithpubliclibraryhealthinformationservices.Thearticlecollectsdatathroughquestionnairesurveysandusesstructuralequationmodelingtoempiricallyanalyzetheinfluencingfactorsofusersatisfactionwithpubliclibraryhealthinformationservices.Theempiricalresultsshowthatuserexpectation,perceivedvalue,andperceivedqualityhaveapositiveinfluenceonusersatisfaction.Usersatisfactionpositivelyinfluencesuserloyaltyandnegativelyinfluencesusercomplaints.Publiclibrariesshouldenrichthehealthresourcesintheircollections,strengthenthehumanisticenvironment,improvetheservicecapabilityoflibrarians,andenhanceusers’socialawareness.Atthesametime,publiclibrariesshouldpayattentiontousers’feedback,andmeetnewusers’needs.Moreover,publiclibrariesshouldimprovethecompetenceofserviceprovid...
