临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期ApplicationeffectofpersonalizedcontinuousnursinginchildrenwithKawasakidiseaseQICongni,GAOMeiru*(XianyangRainbowHospital,Xianyang712000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofpersonalizedcontinuousnursinginchildrenwithKawasakidisease.MethodsAtotalof88childrenwithKawasakidiseaseadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2014toDecember2020wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thechildrenweredividedintocontrolgroupandstudygroupaccordingtothedifferentnursingplans,with44casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing,andthestudygroupwasgivenpersonalizedcontinuousnursing.Thenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfter12monthsofnursing,thescoresofFranklcompliancescaleandKawasakidiseaseknowledgequestionnaireinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).After12monthsofnursing,thelevelsofgrowthdifferentiationfactor-15(GDF-15),serumamyloidA(SAA)andmatrixmetalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)inthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,theleveloftissueinhibitorsofmetalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)washigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Theincidenceofcoronaryarteryinjuryinthestudygroupafter12monthsofnursingwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionPersonalizedcontinuousnursingcaneffectivelyslowdowntheprogressofKawasakidisease,amelioratethelevelsofGDF-15,SAA,MMP-3andTIMP-1,reducetheriskofcoronaryarteryinjury,improveparentsofchildrenmedicalcomplianceandhealthknowledgemastery.Itisworthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication.KEYWORDS:personalizedcontinuousnursing;Kawasakidisease;coronaryarteryinjury个性化延续护理在川崎病患儿中的应用效果齐聪妮，高美茹*（咸阳彩虹医院，陕西咸阳，712000）摘要：目的探讨个性化延续护理在川崎病患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2020年12月我院收治的88例川崎病患儿作为研究对象，根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组与研究组，各44例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予个性化延续护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理12个月...
