第45卷第3期(总第360期)电镀与精饰2023年3月铬废水在线回收装置工艺流程及效益分析葛保成,曾莉莉*(上海太同电镀有限公司,上海202204)摘要:为实现镀铬生产中废水污染源头治理,解决水和原材料循环利用问题,采用真空蒸发原理的铬废水在线回收装置对电镀铬废水进行处理。该装置是PLC程序控制全自动化操作的,在负压75~120kPa、温度40~70oC条件下即产生蒸发分离效果,依靠蒸汽加热方式即可获得电导率<10uS/cm的蒸馏水和含量为100~400g/L的浓缩槽液。出口端分离出的蒸馏水回用至逆流漂洗末级水洗槽,而浓缩槽液则贮存到储存罐中备用。分离回收过程中因不使用任何媒介,因而能保证蒸馏水和浓缩槽液的纯度,避免了二次污染问题。运行结果表明:该装置在同等产能工况下减少铬酐用量47%,产生效益约89万元,年节水4700m3,年减少铬污染物产生量12t,减少含铬污泥产生量80t,显示出明显的经济和社会效益。关键词:铬废水;在线回收;回收利用;环境保护中图分类号:TQ153文献标识码:ATechnologicalprocessandbenefitanalysesofonlinerecoverydeviceforchromiumwastewaterGeBaocheng,ZengLili*(ShanghaiTaitongElectroplatingCo.Ltd.,Shanghai202204,China)Abstract:Aimingatthesourcetreatmentofwastewaterpollutioninchromeplatingproductionandsolvingtheproblemofrecyclingwaterandrawmaterials,anonlinerecoverydevicebasedonvacuumevaporationprinciplewasusedtotreatchromiumplatingwastewater.ThedeviceadoptsPLCprogramtocontrolthefullyautomaticoperation.Undertheconditionsofnegativepressureof75‒120kPaandtemperatureof40‒70oC,theevaporationseparationeffectisproduced.Thedistilledwaterwithconduc‐tivitylessthan10uS/cmandtheconcentratedtankliquidwithcontentof100‒400g/Lcanbeobtainedbysteamheating.Thedistilledwaterseparatedfromtheoutletendisreusedtothecountercurrentrins‐ingfinalstagewaterwashingtank,andtheconcentratedtankliquidisstoredinthestoragetankforstandby.Becausenomediumisusedintheseparationandrecoveryprocess,thepurityofdistilledwaterandconcentratedtankliquidcanbeguaranteed,andthesecondarypollutionproblemcanbeavoided.Theoperationresultsshowthatthedevicecanreducetheconsumptionofchromicanhydrideby47%underthesameproductioncapacityandachievebenefitofabout¥89...
