中国中医急症2023年1月第32卷第1期JETCM.Jan.2023，Vol.32，No.1·研究报告·中药灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎用药规律研究∗严佳凌琪华方荣王倩△（上海中医药大学附属曙光医院，上海201203）中图分类号：R576文献标志码：A文章编号：1004-745X（2023）01-0007-05doi：10.3969/j.issn.1004-745X.2023.01.002【摘要】目的通过中医传承辅助系统软件，分析中药灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的用药规律。方法收集了近30年涉及中药灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的文献中所使用的中药灌肠处方，应用中医传承辅助平台，对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果共筛选出中药灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的处方95个，涉及中药117味。频次>30次的中药有8味，高频使用的药物有大黄、芒硝、枳实、厚朴、柴胡、黄芩、白芍、丹参。清热药使用最多，其次为泻下药、理气药、活血化瘀药。药性主要为寒性，药味主要为苦味，主要归脾、胃、肝经。核心药物组合以大黄、芒硝、栀子、丹参、枳实为主的处方最多。结论本研究发现大承气汤是许多急性胰腺炎中药灌肠方的基础方。在选择灌肠方用药时应脾、胃、肝并重，兼顾通腑、泄热、理气、化瘀，但仍需结合临床实际及辨证。【关键词】急性胰腺炎中药灌肠大承气汤用药规律中医传承辅助系统StudyontheMedicationRuleofChineseTraditionalMedicineEnemainTreatingAcutePancreatitisYanJia，LingQihua，FangRong，WangQian.ShuguangHospitalAffiliatedtoShanghaiUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine，Shanghai201203，China.【Abstract】Objective：ToanalyzethemedicationruleoftraditionalChinesemedicine（TCM）enemaintreatingacutepancreatitis（AP）byTCMInheritanceSupportSystem（TCMISS）.Methods：TheprescriptionsofTCMene⁃maintreatingAPinrecent30yearswerecollectedandscreened.TheprescriptionswereimportedintotheTC⁃MISSandthemedicationruleoftheprescriptionswasanalyzed.Results：Atotalof95prescriptionswereselect⁃ed，involving117herbalmedicines.Therewere8herbalmedicineswithfrequencies>30times，andtheywereChi⁃neserhubarb，mirabilite，immaturebitterorange，officinalmagnoliabark，Chinesethorowaxroot，scutellariaba⁃icalensis，debarkpeonyroot，radixsalviamiltiorrhiza.Heat-clearingdrugswerethemostcommonlyused，followedbypurgatingdrugs，qi-regulatingdrugsandblood-activatingdrugs.Interiorcoldherbsplayedanim...
