临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期EffectsoftraditionalChinesemedicinenursingonbadmoodandimmunefactorslevelsinpatientswithsystemiclupuserythematosusZHANGHuan1,LIHua2*,ZHAOHuan2(1.AffiliatedHospitalofShaanxiUniversityofChineseMedicine,Xianyang712000;2.theSecondAffiliatedHospitalofShaanxiUniversityofChineseMedicine,Xianyang712000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsoftraditionalChinesemedicinenursingonbadmoodandimmunefactorslevelsinpatientswithsystemiclupuserythematosus.MethodsAtotalof76patientswithsystemiclupuserythematosusadmittedinourhospitalfromMarch2018toMarch2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtothelotterygroupingmethod,thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroupandexperimentalgroup,with38casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing,andtheexperimentalgroupwasgiventraditionalChinesemedicinenursing.Thenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfternursing,thescoresofSelf-RatingAnxietyScale(SAS)andSelf-RatingDepressionScale(SDS)intheexperimentalgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afternursing,thelevelsofimmunoglobulinG(IgG)andimmunoglobulinM(IgM)intheexperimentalgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelofcomplementC3washigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afternursing,thescoresofeachdimensionoftheMOS36-ItemShortFormHealthSurvey(SF-36)intheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afternursing,thetotalscoreofhappinessinthetwogroupsincreased,andthatintheexperimentalgroupwashigherthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTraditionalChinesemedicinenursingcanimprovethebadmoodofpatientswithsystemiclupuserythematosus,improvetheirimmunefunctionandqualityoflife.KEYWORDS:traditionalChinesemedicinenursing;systemiclupuserythematosus;badmood;immunefactor中医护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者不良情绪及免疫因子水平的影响张欢1，李花2*，赵欢2（1.陕西中医药大学附属医院，陕西咸阳，712000；2.陕西中医药大学第二附属医院，陕西咸阳，712000）摘要：目的探讨中医护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者不良情绪及免疫因子水平的影响。方法选取2018...
