第7期第53卷第7期2023年7月新疆医学XINJIANGMEDICALJOURNALVol.53No.7July.2023EffectofestrogenandinflammatoryfactorsonkneeosteoarthritisinpostmenopausalwomenYANKun，YANGXiaohui，WANGJian，RANJian*（DepartmentofTraumaticOrthopedics,TheSixthAffiliatedHospitalofXinjiangMedicalUniversity,DepartmentofTraumaticOrthopedics,Urumqi,830002,China）Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetherelationshipbetweenestrogenlevelsandinfammatoryfactorsandtheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofkneeosteoarthritis（KOA）inpostmenopausalwomen,soastoprovidethebasisforclinicaldiagnosisandtreatment.MethodsAtotalof90femalepatientswithKOAwhowereadmittedtoourhospitalfromJune2019toJune2021wereselectedasstudygroup.AccordingtotheKellgren&Lawrenceclassification,therewere26casesofGradeⅡ,31casesofGradeⅢ,and33casesofGradeⅣ.Another30healthysubjectswereselectedasthecontrolgroup.Estrogenlevelsinbloodandinflammatorycytokinesinjointfluidweremeasuredforallsubjects.Differencesinestrogenandinflammatoryfactorsbetweenthetwogroupswerecomparedandstatisticalanalysesweredone.RankcorrelationanalysiswasperformedaccordingtothenewhormonelevelsandtheseverityofKOA.Results（1）Thelevelsofestrogenandandrogeninthebloodoftheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andtheresultswerestatisticallysignificant（P＜0.05）.Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinprolactin,progesterone,folliclestimulatinghormoneandluteinizinghormonebetweentheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup（P＞0.05）.（2）Thelevelsofinflammatoryfactorsintheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（P＜0.05）.（3）ThelevelofestrogenwasnegativelycorrelatedwiththeseverityofKOA.ConclusionLowestrogenlevelinpostmenopausalwomeniscloselyrelatedtotheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofKOA.Keywords：Kneeosteoarthritis；Estrogen；Inflammatoryfactors；Postmenopausalwomen·论著·绝经后女性雌激素及炎症因子对膝关节骨性关节炎的影响严坤，杨晓辉，王建，冉建*（新疆医科大学第六附属医院创伤骨科，乌鲁木齐830002）基金项目：新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学基金（项目编号：2019D01C...
