临床医学研究与实践2023年10月第8卷第28期ApplicationeffectofrefinednursinginterventioninpatientswithdiffuseuterineleiomyomatosisundergoinghysteroscopicsurgeryGUANWei,KOUChunting*(TraditionalChineseMedicineHospitalofTongchuan,Tongchuan727031,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofrefinednursinginterventioninpatientswithdiffuseuterineleiomyomatosis(DUL)undergoinghysteroscopicsurgery.MethodsSixty-threeDULpatientsundergoinghysteroscopicsurgeryweredividedintocontrolgroup(n=29)andobservationgroup(n=34)byrandomcointossmethod.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenperioperativeroutinenursing,andtheobservationgroupwasgivenrefinednursinginterventiononthisbasis.Thenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTheoperationpreparationtime,operationtimeandpostoperativeanesthesiarecoverytimeintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andtheintraoperativebloodlosswaslessthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theexhausttime,recoverytimeofintestinalsound,abdominaldistensiondisappearancetime,firstfeedingtime,timeofgettingoutofbedandhospitalizationtimeintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,theHerthHopeIndex(HHI)scoreoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andtheSelf-RatingAnxietyScale(SAS)scorewaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thenursingsatisfactionscoreoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05);at6monthsaftersurgery,theuterinefibroidsymptomscoreoftheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTherefinednursinginterventioninpatientswithDULundergoinghysteroscopicsurgeryhassignificantapplicationeffect.KEYWORDS:refinednursingintervention;diffuseuterineleiomyomatosis;hysteroscopicsurgery精细化护理干预在弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤宫腔镜手术患者中的应用效果关玮，寇春婷*（铜川市中医医院，陕西铜川，727031）摘要：目的探究精细化护理干预在弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤（DUL）宫腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法按随机硬币投掷法将接受宫腔镜手术治疗的63例DUL患者分为对照组（n=29）和观察组（n=34）。...
