第51卷第11期2023年11月CottonTextileTechnology精梳锡林前区齿距对纺纱质量的影响薛庆[金轮针布(江苏)有限公司,江苏南通,226143]摘要:为了研究精梳机锡林前区齿距对纺纱质量的影响,在纺纱工艺条件及其他梳理区齿距不变的条件下,分别改变精梳锡林第1及第2梳理区的轴向齿距进行纺纱试验,并对精梳质量及成纱质量进行测试。结果表明:当精梳锡林第1梳理区针齿的轴向齿距由0.80mm减小至0.60mm时,成纱的IPI值显著减小,成纱断裂强力提高,成纱条干CV值减小;当第2梳理区针齿的轴向齿距由0.60mm减小至0.55mm时,成纱的IPI值显著增加,成纱断裂强力降低,成纱条干CV值增大;减小锡林第1梳理区针齿轴向齿距,精梳条棉结含量增加;减小锡林第2梳理区针齿轴向齿距,精梳条棉结含量减少;改变第1、第2梳理区针齿轴向齿距,对精梳条中纤维长度分布及精梳落棉率无显著影响。认为:适当减小锡林第1梳理区轴向齿距,有利于提高成纱质量。关键词:精梳机;锡林齿距;轴向齿距;棉结;断裂强力;IPI值中图分类号:TS111.9文献标志码:B文章编号:1000-7415(2023)11-0080-03InfluenceofcombercylinderfrontareatoothpitchonspinningqualityXUEQing[GeronCardClothing(Jiangsu)Co.,Ltd.,Nantong,226143,China]AbstractInordertostudytheinfluenceofcombercylinderfrontareatoothpitchonspinningquality,undertheconditionsofspinningprocessandtoothpitchofothercardingareaunchanged,spinningtestwascarriedoutbychangingtheaxialtoothpitchofcombercylinderthefirstandthesecondcardingareaseparately,andthecombingqualityandyarnqualityweretested.Theresultsshowedwhentheaxialtoothpitchofcombercylinderthefirstcombingareaweredecreasedfrom0.80mmto0.60mm,theyarnIPIvaluewasdecreasedsignificantly,theyarnbreakingstrengthwasincreased,andtheyarnCVvaluewasdecreased.Whentheaxialtoothpitchofcombercylinderthesecondcombingareawasdecreasedfrom0.60mmto0.55mm,theyarnIPIvaluewasincreasedsignificantly,theyarnbreakingstrengthwasdecreased,andtheyarnCVvaluewasincreased.Whentheaxialtoothpitchofcombercylinderthefirstcombingareawasdecreasesd,nepcontentofthecombedsliverwasincreased.Whentheaxialtoothpitchofcombercylinderthesecondcombingareawasdecreased,andthenepcontentofthecombedsliverwasdecrease...
