临床医学研究与实践2023年11月第8卷第32期ClinicaleffectofcalcipotriolointmentcombinedwithmometasonefuroatecreaminthetreatmentofchroniceczemaandneurodermatitisZHAOYunchao,LINHui*(BaojiPeople'sHospital,Baoji721000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzetheclinicaleffectofcalcipotriolointmentcombinedwithmometasonefuroatecreaminthetreatmentofchroniceczemaandneurodermatitis.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithchroniceczemaandneurodermatitisadmittedfromApril2019toApril2021wereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintocontrolgroupandstudygroupaccordingtodifferenttreatmentmethods,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithmometasonefuroatecream,andthestudygroupwastreatedwithcalcipotriolointmentonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentinthestudygroupwas92.50%,whichwashigherthan72.50%inthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thepruritusscore,eczemaareaandseverityindex(EASI)scoreofthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andthetargetlesionareawassmallerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofstratumcorneumhydration(SCH),skinhumidityandskingreaseinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthetransepidermalwaterloss(TEWL)waslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofinterleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-23(IL-23),CCchemokineligand17(CCL17),leptinandvascularendothelialgrowthfactor(VEGF)inthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionThecalcipotriolointmentcombinedwithmometasonefuroatecreaminthetreatmentofchroniceczemaandneurodermatitishasadefiniteclinicaleffect,itcaneffectivelyimproveclinicalsymptomsandlaboratoryindexesofpatient,whichisconducivetoimprovingtheprognosis,andcanbefurtherpopularizedandappliedinclinic.KEYWORDS:chroniceczema;neurodermatitis;calcipotriolointment;mometasonefuroatecream;clinicalsymptom卡泊三醇软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎的临床效果赵云超，蔺辉*（宝鸡市人民医院，陕西宝鸡，721000）摘要：目的分析...
