48第2卷第7期2023年4月Vol.2No.7Jul.2023科技与健康TechnologyandHealth经皮椎板间入路椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的价值分析肖典辉（惠水县涟江医院，贵州黔南550600）摘要：讨论经皮椎板间入路椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。选取2020年1月—2023年3月在惠水县涟江医院就诊的75例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，以掷骰子法分为观察组（n=38）和对照组（n=37）；对照组施以常规治疗，观察组实施经皮椎板间入路椎间孔镜干预，比较两组患者的疗效。结果显示，观察组患者疗效好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前M-JOA和VAS得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后，观察组患者疼痛反应得分比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中透视次数、住院时间低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究发现，腰椎间盘突出症患者实施经皮椎板间入路椎间孔镜时，疗效显著，能改善腰椎功能状况，缓解疼痛，有应用价值。关键词：经皮椎板间入路椎间孔镜；腰椎间盘突出症；疼痛中图分类号：R687.3文献标识码：ATheValueofPercutaneousIntervertebralForamenApproachintheTreatmentofLumbarDiscHerniationXIAODianhui(HuishuiCountyLianjiangHospital,Qiannan,Guizhou550600)Abstract:Todiscusstheeffectofpercutaneousintervertebralforamenapproachinthetreatmentoflumbardischerniation.SeventyfivepatientswithlumbardischerniationwhovisitedLianjiangHospitalinHuishuiCountyfromJanuary2020toMarch2023wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Theyweredividedintotheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroupbydicerolling;Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutinetreatment,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithpercutaneousintervertebralforamenendoscopeintervention.Theefficacyofthetwogroupswascompared.Theresultsshowedthatthetherapeuticeffectoftheobservationgroupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,withastatisticallysignificantdifference(P<0.05);TherewasnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinM-JOAandVASscoresbetweenthetwogroupsofpatientsbeforetreatment(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,thepainresponsescoresoftheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);Theobservationgrouphadsignificantlylowersurgi...
