2023Oct.JOURNALOFMACHINEDESIGN2023年10月No.10Vol.40第40卷第10期机计设械掘进机主轴承载荷谱编制方法研究*何其平(中国铁建重工集团股份有限公司,湖南长沙410100)摘要:掘进机主轴承作为掘进机的关键核心部件,对性能和可靠性要求极高。获取准确有效的载荷谱用于主轴承工况试验,是保证主轴承设计满足可靠性要求的前提条件。为解决主轴承载荷谱编制难题,文中根据实际工况下主轴承承载特点,在掘进机中安装监测系统,通过监测与主轴承后端相连伸缩油缸的压力获取主轴承所受轴向力及倾覆力矩,监测电机扭矩获取主轴承所受驱动扭矩,以及将主轴承前端结构件重力的函数值作为主轴承所受径向力。采用雨流计数法对获取的原始载荷-时间历程进行处理,建立载荷幅值、载荷均值的分布函数;然后,通过波动中心法将分级的载荷幅值叠加至载荷均值的加权平均值之上获取八级载荷;最后,通过载荷分布函数获取各级载荷作用次数,实现主轴承轴向力、径向力、倾覆力矩及驱动扭矩八级载荷谱的编制,为主轴承设计开发、工况模拟等工作奠定了坚实基础。关键词:掘进机;主轴承;载荷谱;雨流计数法中图分类号:U463.212文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-2354(2023)10-0136-06Researchoncompilationofloadspectrumfortunnelboringmachine'smainbearingHEQiping(ChinaRailwayConstructionHeavyIndustryCorporationLimited,Changsha410100)Abstract:Asakeycomponentofthetunnelboringmachine,themainbearingrequiresahighstandardofperformanceandreliability.Itisimportanttoworkoutaccurateandeffectiveloadspectrum,throughwhichthetestisconductedonthemainbear-ing'sworkingconditions.Also,itisaprerequisitetoensurethatthedesignofthemainbearingisreliable.Sinceitisdifficulttocompilethemainbearing'sloadspectrum,inthisarticle,accordingtothebearingcharacteristicsofthemainbearingunderactu-alworkingconditions,amonitoringsystemisinstalledinthetunnelboringmachine;boththeaxialforceandtheoverturningmo-mentexertedonthemainbearingareobtainedbymonitoringthepressureofthetelescopicoilcylinderconnectedwiththemainbearing'srearend;themainbearing'sdrivingtorqueisobtainedbymonitoringthemotortorque;asforthemainbearing'sfront-endstructure,thefunctionvalueofgravityissetastheradialforceofthemainbearing.Therain-flowcountingmethodis...
