临床医学研究与实践2023年10月第8卷第30期ApplicationeffectofobjectivestructuredclinicalexaminationintheexaminationofgeneralsurgerydepartmentinternsZHAOJuan1,LIGan2,YANGTing1,JIANGZhengdong2,WUWeitong2,WEIGuangbing2*(1.GynecologyandObstetricsDepartment;2.GeneralSurgeryDepartment,theFirstAffiliatedHospitalofXi'anJiaotongUniversity,Xi'an710061,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofobjectivestructuredclinicalexamination(OSCE)intheexaminationofgeneralsurgerydepartmentinterns.MethodsFromJune2020toNovember2022,350five-yearclinicalmedicalundergraduatestudentswhopracticedinthegeneralsurgerydepartmentofourhospitalwereselectedasstudygroup(OSCEassessmentwasimplemented);fromJune2018toMay2020,305five-yearclinicalmedicalundergraduatestudentswhopracticedinthegeneralsurgerydepartmentofourhospitalwereselectedascontrolgroup(traditionalassessmentwasimplemented).TheOSCEassessmentresultsofthestudygroupandtheresultsofOSCEassessmentmodelevaluationquestionnairewereanalyzed;thegraduationtheorytestscoresandexcellentrateofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotalscoreofOSCEassessmentinthestudygroupwas(79.74依2.16)points,whichwasatagoodlevel.Amongthem,thescoreofsurgerydepartmentbasicskillswasthehighest,andthescoreofpatientreceptionwasthelowest.IntheresultsoftheOSCEassessmentmodelevaluationquestionnaire,about90%ofpeopleagreedthattheoveralldesignandorganizationoftheOSCEassessmentwerereasonable.Thegraduationtheoryassessmentresultsandexcellentrateofthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTheimplementationofOSCEmodelclinicalskillsassessmentforgeneralsurgerydepartmentinternscanimprovetheirself-learningability,andobjectivelyevaluateclinicalthinkingabilityandprofessionaloperationability,whichisconducivetoproposingtargetedimprovementprogramstoimproveteachingquality.KEYWORDS:objectivestructuredclinicalexamination;generalsurgerydepartment;intern;clinicalskillsassessment客观结构化临床考试在普通外科实习医生出科考核中的应用效果赵娟1,李干2,杨婷1,蒋正东2,吴蔚童2...
