中文科技期刊数据库（全文版）医药卫生48康复新液联合肤痔清治疗混合痔术后患者临床疗效分析余乐来乐山市人民医院，四川乐山614000摘要：目的比较分析混合痔术后创面愈合治疗中康复新液联合肤痔清的临床效果及康复影响。方法抽选2022.08～2023.05期间住院行手术治疗混合痔患者80例为研究对象，于术前随机划分组别为对照组40例/研究组40例，术后创面愈合治疗中，对照组行肤痔清治疗，研究组行康复新液+肤痔清治疗。组间比较：创面术后疼痛、水肿、出血评分；创面甲级愈合率、愈合时间；术后肛周并发症发生率。结果研究组术后经康复新液、肤痔清联合治疗后，患者肛周水肿、疼痛及出血评分均以显著下降趋势变化，且研究组术后肛周创面甲级愈合率（97.50%）升高，创面愈合时间缩短，而术后肛周损伤相关临床并发症发生率（7.50%）降低，较对照组差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论混合痔手术治疗后予以患者康复新液+肤痔清创面愈合治疗，可有效改善肛周组织水肿、疼痛表现，促进创面愈合，降低手术并发症发生风险，效果确切。关键词：康复新液；肤痔清；混合痔；创面愈合中图分类号：R266ClinicalefficacyanalysisofKangfuxinliquidcombinedwithFuzhiqingintreatingpostoperativepatientswithmixedhemorrhoidsYULelaiLeshanPeople'sHospital,Leshan,SichuanLeshan614000Abstract:Objective:TocompareandanalyzetheclinicaleffectandrehabilitationimpactofKangfuxinliquidcombinedwithFuzhiqinginthetreatmentofwoundhealingaftermixedhemorrhoidsurgery.Method:80patientswithmixedhemorrhoidswhounderwentsurgicaltreatmentduringtheperiodofAugust2022toMay2023wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupof40casesandastudygroupof40casesbeforesurgery.Inthetreatmentofpostoperativewoundhealing,thecontrolgroupreceivedtreatmentwithFuzhiqing,whilethestudygroupreceivedtreatmentwithKangfuNewLiquidandFuzhiqing.Comparisonbetweengroups:Postoperativepain,edema,andbleedingscoresofthewound;GradeAwoundhealingrateandhealingtime;Theincidenceofpostoperativeperianalcomplications.Result:(1)Duringthewoundhealingtreatment,thesymptomsofperianalpain,edema,andbleedinginthepatientswerepositivelyimproved,andthescoreofwoundpain,edema,andbleedinginthestudygroupwasloweronthe7thdayaftersurgerycom...
