2023年8月第21卷第24期中国医药指南•论著•41老年人心血管病特点及治疗措施分析金钰（北京市西城区平安医院，北京100035）【摘要】目的分析老年人心血管病特点及治疗措施研究。方法将2021年8月至2022年8月入选的100例患者作为此次研究对象，并根据随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组在对照组的基础上采用综合治疗方法。比较两组患者治疗效果、收缩压和血糖指标、血脂指标、生活质量。结果观察组患者治疗效果96.00%，高于对照组80.00%，P＜0.05，有统计学意义。治疗前，两组患者收缩压和血糖指标对比，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后观察组患者收缩压和血糖指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者心理健康、健康状况、物质生活、情感角色、睡眠质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者TG、TC指标低于对照组，观察组患者HDL-C指标高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对老年人心血管病患者采用综合治疗方法可以有效提高治疗效果，改善患者血压、血糖、血脂指标和生活质量，值得推广。【关键词】老年人；心血管病；治疗措施中图分类号：R54文献标识码：B文章编号：1671-8194（2023）24-0041-04CharacteristicsandTherapeuticMeasuresofCardiovascularDiseasesintheElderlyJINYu(BeijingXichengDistrictPing'anHospital,Beijing100035,China)[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyzethecharacteristicsandtherapeuticmeasuresofcardiovasculardiseaseintheelderly.Methods100patientsenrolledfromAugust2021toAugust2022wereselectedassubjectsofthisstudy,andwererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup,with50patientsineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaltreatment,andtheobservationgroupreceivedcomprehensivetreatmentbasedonthecontrolgroup.Thetherapeuticeffect,systalicpressure,bloodglucoseindex,bloodlipidindexandqualityoflifeofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetherapeuticeffectofobservationgroupwas96.00%,higherthanthatofcontrolgroup80.00%,P＜0.05,whichwasstatisticallysignificant.Beforetreatment,therewasnostatisticalsignificanceinsystalicpressureandbloodglucoseindexesbetweentwogroups(P＞0.05).Aftertreatment,systalicpressureandbloodglucoseindexesinobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinco...
