实用中医药杂志2023年7月第39卷7期（总第366期）JOURNALOFPRACTICALTRADITIONALCHINESEMEDICINE2023.Vol.39No.7·观察与研究·老年股骨颈骨折切开复位内固定术后应用补肾通络汤临床观察李洋（河南省新乡同盟医院骨科，河南获嘉453800）［中图分类号］R274.128.342【摘要］目的：观察老年股骨颈骨折切开复位内固定术后用补肾通络汤的效果。方法：98例以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各49例，两组术后康复训练同时接受西医对症治疗，观察组同时用补肾通络汤。结果：总有效率观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组骨钙素（BGP）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、骨碱性磷酸酶（BALP）表达高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组Harris评分高于对照组、视觉模拟评分（VAS）低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组并发症发生率无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：老年股骨颈骨折切开复位内固定术后用补肾通络汤能够提高疗效。【关键词］股骨骨折；切开复位内固定术；补肾通络汤[AbstractJObjective:ToobservetheeffectofTonifyingKidneyandDredgingCollateralsDecoctionafteropenreductionandinternalfixationoffemoralneckfractureintheelderly.Methods:Ninety-eightcaseswererandomlydividedintotheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup,49casesineachgroup.BothgroupsreceivedpostoperativerehabilitationtrainingandsymptomatictreatmentofWesternmedicine,andtheobservationgroupweretreatedwithTonifyingKidneyandDredgingCollateralsDecoctionatthesametime.Results:Thetotaleffectiverateoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theexpressionofosteocalcin(BGP),alkalinephosphatase(ALP)andbonealkalinephosphatase(BALP)intheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).TheHarrisscoreoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthevisualanaloguescore(VAS)waslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Therewasnosignificantdifferenceintheincidenceofcomplicationsbetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).Conclusion:TonifyingKidneyandDredgingCollateralsDecoctioncanimprovethecurativeeffectafteropenreductionandinternalfixationoffemoralneckfractureintheelderly.[Keywords]Femoralfracture;Openreductionandinternalfixation;TonifyingKidneyandDredgingCollateralsDecoction65岁及以上老年人髋部骨折比例高达23...
