临床医学研究与实践2023年10月第8卷第30期Clinicaleffectsofconbercept3+PRNand3+Q3Mintravitrealinjectioninthetreatmentofwetage-relatedmaculardegenerationBAIYingzi,HANLiying*,LIYang(OphthalmologyDepartment,NanyangEyeHospital,Nanyang473002,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTocomparetheclinicaleffectsofconbercept3+PRN(1time/month,1needle/time,extendedperiodon-demandadministrationafter3consecutiveneedles)and3+Q3M(1time/month,1needle/time,extendedperiodinjection1time/3monthsafter3consecutiveneedles)intravitrealinjectioninthetreatmentofwetage-relatedmaculardegeneration.MethodsAtotalof97patientswithwetage-relatedmaculardegenerationadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2017toJune2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects,andthepatientswererandomlydividedinto3+PRNgroup(48cases,conbercept3+PRNintravitrealinjection)and3+Q3Mgroup(49cases,conbercept3+Q3Mintravitrealinjection).Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTherewasnosignificantdifferenceinthetotaleffectiveratebetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Thetotalnumberofinjectionsinthe3+Q3Mgroupwasmorethanthatinthe3+PRNgroup,andtherecurrenceratewithin1yearwaslowerthanthatinthe3+PRNgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthetotalincidenceofadversereactionsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Fromthe2nddayafterthelastoperation(T5)tothe30thdayafterthelastoperation(T6),theuncorrectedvisualacuity(UCVA)andbestcorrectedvisualacuity(BCVA)inthe3+Q3Mgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthe3+PRNgroup,andthecentralretinalthickness(CRT)andcentralsubfieldvolume(CSV)werelowerthanthoseinthe3+PRNgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionConbercept3+PRNand3+Q3Mintravitrealinjectionregimenscanachievestatisticalresultsinthetreatmentofpatientswithwetage-relatedmaculardegeneration,but3+Q3Mregimenhasbettervisualacuityimprovementandprognosisimprovementthan3+PRNregimen,withbetterlong-termefficacy,whichisworthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication.KEYWORDS:wetage-relatedmaculardegeneration;conbercept;intravitrealin...
