文章编号：1007—6891（2023）05—0012—05军民融合战略下军体融合发展的动因、条件与对策Reasons,ConditionsandCountermeasuresoftheDevelopmentofMilitarySportsIntegrationundertheStrategyofCivilMilitaryIntegration四川体育科学2023年（第42卷）第5期SICHUANSPORTSSCIENCEVol.42,No.5,2023DOI:10.13932/j.cnki.sctykx.2023.05.03杨中园"，李雨阳?YANGZhongyuan',LIYuyang摘要：以军民融合为分析视角，分析军事与体育融合发展的动因与目标。国防思想不稳固、军事训练不科学、社会就业形式严峻是军体融合发展的动因。研究认为：现阶段，军事与体育在历史溯源上同根共祖，在国家精神、科学训练方面互为共享又各有所长，存有技术基础与政策支持，能够产生融合发展的条件。应强化国防教育的幅度与深度，提升国防教育的渗透力，达到提高国家认同和民族自豪感的目的；完善科学化训练体系，优化资源配置，提升军事体育训练人才质量，达到强化国防建设的目的；构建起军体融合发展的框架，在法律保障、政策支持、资金补贴、信息宣传、教育引导等方面齐头并进，为军事与体育的双向发展谋出路，达到助力经济社会发展的目的。关键词：军体融合；军事体育；军民融合；军队；国家；体育Abstract:Fromtheperspectiveofcivilmilitaryintegration,thispaperanalyzesthemotivationandgoalofthedevelopmentofmilitaryandsportsintegration.Unstablenationaldefensethought,unscientificmilitarytrainingandsevereformsofsocialemploymentarethereasonsforthedevelopmentofmilitarysportsintegration.Researchshowsthat:atthisstage,militaryandsportshavethesameorigininhistory,shareeachotherinnationalspiritandscientifictraining,andeachhasitsownadvantages.Therearetechnicalbasisandpolicysupport,whichcanproducetheconditionsforintegrateddevelopment.Weshouldstrengthenthescopeanddepthofnationaldefenseeducation,enhancethepenetrationofnationaldefenseeducation,andachievethepurposeofimprovingnationalidentityandnationalpride;improvethescientifictrainingsystem,optimizetheallocationofresources,andimprovethequalityofmilitarysportstrainingpersonnel,soastoachievethepurposeofstrengtheningnationaldefenseconstruction;buildaframeworkofmilitarysportsintegrationdevelopment,includinglegalsupport,policysupport,financialsubsi...
