临床医学研究与实践2023年10月第8卷第28期EffectoftranscatheteraorticvalvereplacementinthetreatmentofsevereaorticstenosisanditsinfluenceoncardiacfunctionindexesZHANGYu,CHENGWeiping*,BAIXingwan,KANGWei(Xi'anInternationalMedicalCenterHospital,Xi'an710100,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectoftranscatheteraorticvalvereplacement(TAVR)inthetreatmentofsevereaorticstenosis(AS)anditsinfluenceoncardiacfunctionindexes.MethodsAtotalof40patientswithsevereASadmittedinourhospitalfromJuly2020toApril2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtodifferenttreatmentmethods,thepatientsweredividedintosurgicalaorticvalvereplacement(SAVR)groupandTAVRgroup,with20casesineachgroup.TheSAVRgroupwastreatedwithSAVR,andtheTAVRgroupwastreatedwithTAVR.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAt6monthsafteroperation,theaorticvalveflowrateandpeakpressuregradientaorticvalveinthetwogroupsdecreased,theaorticvalveorificeareaincreased,andthoseintheTAVRgroupwerebetterthantheSAVRgroup(P<0.05).At3dafteroperation,theleftventricularejectionfraction(LVEF)intheTAVRgroupwashigherthanthatintheSAVRgroup,whiletheleftventricularenddiastolicdiameter(LVEDD),leftventricularendsystolicdiameter(LVESD),leftventricularposteriorwallthickness(LVPWT),leftventricularenddiastolicvolume(LVEDV)andtheproportionofNewYorkHeartAssociation(NYHA)cardiacfunctiongrade芋-郁intheTAVRgroupwerelowerthanthoseintheSAVRgroup(P<0.05).Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthetotalincidenceofcomplicationsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).ConclusionTAVRiseffectiveinthetreatmentofsevereAS,itcanimprovethevalvefunctionandcardiacfunctionindexesofpatients,whichisworthyofclinicalapplication.KEYWORDS:severeaorticstenosis;transcatheteraorticvalvereplacement;surgicalaorticvalvereplacement经导管主动脉瓣置换术治疗重度主动脉瓣狭窄的效果及对心功能指标的影响张瑜，程维平*，白兴万，康伟（西安国际医学中心医院，陕西西安，710100）摘要：目的探讨经导管主动脉瓣置换术（TAVR）治疗重度主动脉瓣狭窄（AS）的效果及对心功能指标的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2021年4月我院...
