论著光动力疗法辅助治疗中度慢性牙周炎患者的临床疗效∗李夏宁１张梦雪１王智１赵红宇２∗∗(１．河南大学赛思口腔医院,河南郑州４５０００２;２．郑州大学第一附属医院口腔医学中心,河南郑州４５００００)[摘要]【目的】探讨光动力疗法(PDT)辅助治疗中度慢性牙周炎患者的临床疗效.【方法】选择２０２１年１月至２０２３年９月在河南大学赛思口腔医院诊治的２６例中度慢性牙周炎患者,从每个患者中选取双侧牙周组织破坏程度接近的２颗同名牙,并按照随机数字表法分为观察组[采用根面平整术(SRP)联合PDT治疗]和对照组(采用SPR治疗),每组２６颗牙.两组均行口腔卫生宣教及龈上洁治术,１周后(治疗前)记录牙周探诊深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)和探诊出血(BOP)情况,所有PD≥４mm的牙齿均进行SRP,比较两组治疗前、治疗６周后、治疗１２周后PD、BI及BOP阳性率.【结果】两组治疗前PD、BI及BOP阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞０．０５);两组治疗６周后、治疗１２周后PD、BI及BOP阳性率均显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５);且观察组治疗６周后、治疗１２周后PD、BI及BOP阳性率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).【结论】PDT作为SPR的辅助治疗方法,可在短期内降低PD,减轻牙龈炎症及牙龈出血情况,比单纯SPR治疗临床效果好.[关键词]慢性牙周炎/治疗;光动力疗法;治疗结果ClinicalEffectofPhotodynamicTherapyintheTreatmentofModerateChronicPeriodontitisLIXianing,ZHANGMengxue,WANGZhi,etal(SATHHospitalofStomatologyHenanUniversity,ZhengzhouHenan４５０００２)[Abstract]【Objective】Toinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofphotodynamictherapy(PDT)inthetreatmentofmoderatechronicperiodontitis．【Methods】Atotalof２６patientswithmoderatechronicperiodontitisdiagnosedandtreatedinSATHHospitalofStomatologyHenanUniversityfromJanuary２０２１toSeptember２０２３wereselected．TwoteethwiththesamenamewithsimilardamagedegreeofbilateralperiodontaltissuewereselectＧedfromeachpatient．Theyweredividedintotheobservationgroup(treatedwithSRPcombinedwithPDT)andthecontrolgroup(treatedwithSPRalone)accordingtorandomnumbertablemethod,with２６capsulesineachgroup．Oralhygieneeducationandsupragingivalcleaningwereperformedinbothgroups．PeriodontalproＧbingdepth(PD),bleedingindex(BI)andprobingbleeding(...
