集输处理黄纯金等:原油稳定工艺模拟与参数优化技术研究油气田地面工程https://yqtd.cbpt.cnki.net原油稳定工艺模拟与参数优化技术研究黄纯金杨筱珊孟飞朱乐黄蕊红黄晶晶长庆油田分公司第十采油厂摘要:原油稳定是将原油中轻质组分分离、回收的工艺技术,可有效降低原油集输过程中的蒸发损耗。为达到降低原油稳定综合能耗、提高产品经济效益的目的,通过对原油集输的现状分析,对不同原油稳定工艺的操作条件、投资成本、能耗分析、产品质量等方面进行了对比,结合现场生产实际,优选负压闪蒸工艺技术作为研究对象,利用AspenHYSYS进行建模分析,研究了负压闪蒸技术的稳定压力、稳定温度、稳定深度、塔顶出料等参数的相关性及变化规律,对综合能耗、运行成本、经济效益进行评价,结合设备能力、产品质量设立的边界条件,根据参数变化规律,确定了最佳的运行参数。通过建模计算可知,合理的运行参数可大幅降低稳定过程中的热量损失,进而降低综合能耗、提高产品产出率,实现降本增效的目的,实现原油稳定系统节能、高效运行,对同类型原油稳定工艺的调整及优化具有一定指导意义。关键词:负压闪蒸;气提气;稳定压力;稳定温度ResearchonCrudeOilStabilizationProcessSimulationandParameterOptimizationTechnologyHUANGChunjin,YANGXiaoshan,MENGFei,ZHULe,HUANGRuihong,HUANGJingjingNo.10OilProductionPlantofChangqingOilfieldBranchAbstract:Crudeoilstabilizationisaprocesstechnologythatseparatesandrecoverslightcomponentsfromcrudeoil,whichcaneffectivelyreduceevaporationlossesduringthecrudeoilgatheringandtrans-portationprocess.Inordertoreducethecomprehensiveenergyconsumptionofcrudeoilstabilizationandimproveproducteconomicbenefits,acomparisonisconductedontheoperatingconditions,in-vestmentcosts,energyconsumptionanalysis,productquality,andotheraspectsofdifferentcrudeoilstabilizationprocessesthroughtheanalysisofthecurrentsituationofcrudeoilgatheringandtransporta-tion.Basedonon-siteproductionpractice,thenegativepressureflashevaporationprocesstechnologyisselectedastheresearchobject,andAspenHYSYSisusedformodelingandanalysis.Thecorrelationandvariationlawsofparameterssuchasstablepressure,stabletemperature,stabledepth,andtopdis-chargeofthenegativepressureflashe...
