29论著影像研究与医学应用2024年2月第8卷第3期乳腺超声BI-RADS4类在乳腺癌患者良恶性鉴别中的应用周彩虹1,唐珊2(1盐城市妇幼保健院超声科江苏盐城224002)(2盐城市第一人民医院乳腺外科江苏盐城224006)ApplicationofbreastultrasoundBI-RADS4indifferentiatingbenignfrommalignantbreastcancerpatientsZHOUCaihong1,TANGShan21DepartmentofUltrasound,YanchengMaternalandChildHealthHospital,Yancheng,Jiangsu224002,China;2DepartmentofUltrasound,YanchengNo.1People'sHospital,Yancheng,Jiangsu224006,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheapplicationvalueofBI-RADS4ultrasoundinthedifferentiationofbenignandmalignantbreastcancerpatients.MethodsClinicaldataof50patientswithBreastImagingReportingandDataSystem(BI-RADS)4ofbreastnodulestreatedinYanchengMaternalandChildHealthHospitalfromJanuary2023toOctober2023wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Allofthemweresubjectedtobreastultrasoundexamination.Thediagnosticefficacyofbreastultrasoundonbenignandmalignantbreastnoduleswasanalyzedwithpathologicallaboratoryresultsasthegoldstandard.Theultrasoundsignsofbenignandmalignantnoduleswerecompared.ResultsThepathologicalresultsshowedthat14casesweremalignantand36caseswerebenign.Breastultrasoundshowedthat15casesweremalignantand35caseswerebenign.Thesensitivity,specificityandaccuracyofbreastultrasoundwere85.71%,91.67%and90.00%,Kappavalue=0.849,indicatingahighdegreeofconsistencywithpathologicalexaminationresults.Therewerenosignificantdifferencesbetweenmalignantnodulesandbenignnodulesinage,singleormultipleoccurrence,internalechoandrearecho(P>0.05),butthediameterofmalignantnoduleswaslargerthanthatofbenignnodules,andthereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenmalignantnodulesandbenignnodulesinshape,edge,highechohalo,microcalcification,convergencesign,elasticscoreandbloodflowdistribution(P<0.05).ConclusionTheapplicationofBI-RADS4inthedifferentiationofbenignandmalignantbreastultrasoundissignificant,showingthedifferentimagecharacteristicsofbenignandmalignantlesions,andcanimprovethediagnosticefficiencyofbreastcancer.【Keywords】BI-RADS4;B...
