区域国别学与语言治理研究的互动与反哺张小曼,骆新春(合肥工业大学外国语学院,安徽合肥230601)摘要:区域国别学是一门融合了多学科知识的交叉学科,语言既是其研究的重点,也是其研究的重要载体。构建区域国别学,助力中国参与全球治理,离不开语言治理研究。语言治理是全球治理的重要内容,是适应社会发展而产生的自下而上的涵盖面广泛的治理研究。目前,国内学者对语言治理的研究主要集中于国家政策和社会语言生活,对语言教育生活的研究还有待深入。区域国别学的学科设置,有利于做好区域国别学本体研究,也有利于培养学科人才。区域国别学视域下的语言治理研究,可以为国家战略、人才培养提供新思路,推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化进程,为中国参与全球治理赋能。关键词:区域国别学;语言学;语言治理;交叉学科中图分类号:H109.4文献标识码:A文章编号:1671380X(2024)02007106InteractionandFeedbackBetweenRegionalEthnologyandLanguageGovernanceStudyZHANGXiaoman,LUOXinchun(SchoolofForeignLanguages,HefeiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Hefei230601,China)Abstract:Regionalethnographyisaninterdisciplinaryfieldthatintegratesmultidisciplinaryknowl-edge.Languageisnotonlythefocusofitsresearch,butalsoanimportantcarrierofitsresearch.Buildingaregion-alethnographytoassistChinainparticipatinginglobalgovernanceisinseparablefromlanguagegovernancere-search.Languagegovernanceisanimportantaspectofglobalgovernance,abottomupandwideranginggov-ernanceresearchthatadaptstosocialdevelopment.Atpresent,theresearchofdomesticscholarsonlanguagegov-ernancemainlyfocusesonnationalpoliciesandsociallanguagelife,andtheresearchonlanguageeducationlifestillneedstobedeepened.Thedisciplinarysetupofregionalethnographyisconducivetoconductingresearchontheon-tologyofregionalethnographyandalsotocultivatingdisciplinarytalents.Thestudyoflanguagegovernancefromtheperspectiveofregionalethnographycanprovidenewideasfornationalstrategyandtalentcultivation,promotethemodernizationprocessofnationalgovernancesystemandgovernancecapacity,andempowerChina’sparticipa-tioninglobalgovernance.Keywords:Regionalethnography;linguistics;languagegovernance;interdiscipline一、区域国别学与语言治理研究的关系语...
