2023年12月第8卷第4期西安交通工程学院学术研究AcademicResearchofXi'anTrafficEngineeringInstituteDec.2023Vol.8No.4当下农村留守幼儿的隔代教育探究苏世静（西安交通工程学院陕西西安710300)摘要：为了维持生计，许多农村的年轻人不得不离开家乡进城务工，留守儿童的监护主要就落在祖辈身上。幼儿时期是自我发展、人格形成的关键时期，家庭教养对人格的有重要影响。可见，农村留守幼儿教育对幼儿的发展具有重要的意义。农村隔代幼儿教育的问题主要体现在：过度溺爱，缺乏对幼儿的启蒙教育，育儿观念和方式的落后等方面。农村隔代教育给幼儿带来一些不良的影响，如幼儿与父母情感上的疏离，形成不良的行为习惯，性格上的自卑、不自信，强烈的焦虑和逆反心理等。农村隔代教育的端已经被人们关注到，改变现状又是困难重重，效果不明显，体现在受传统教养方式和隔代亲心理的约束，根深蒂固的落后教育观念，自身再学习能力的退化，父母亲教育责任的缺失等方面。面对困境，应对农村隔代教育问题的策略有：以祖辈自身为榜样，让幼儿懂得尊敬长辈；加强外出务工父母养育责任意识；建立互联网+家庭教育平台等。农村幼儿隔代教育改善难度大，不能仅依靠个体来实现，需要家个体、家庭、社会形成有效的互动，共同克服隔代教育中的不足。关键词：隔代教育；留守幼儿；溺爱；教育探究；中图分类号：N040105文献标识码：AResearchontheIntergenerationalEducationofChildrenLeftBehindinRuralAreasSUShijing(Xi'anTrafficEngineeringInstitute,Xi'anShaanxi710300,China)Abstract:Inordertomakealiving,manyyoungpeopleinruralareashavetoleavetheirhometownsandworkincities,andtheguardianshipofleftbehindchildrenmainlyfallsontheirancestors.Earlychildhoodisacrucialperiodforself-developmentandpersonalityformation,andfamilyupbringinghasasignificantimpactonpersonality.Itcanbeseenthateducationforleftbehindchildreninruralareasisofgreatsignificancefortheirdevelopment.Theproblemsofintergenerationalearlychildhoodeducationinruralareasaremainlyreflectedinexcessiveindulgence,lackofenlightenmenteducationforyoungchildren,andoutdatedparentingconceptsandmethods.Ruralintergenerationaleducationhasbroughtsomenegativeeffectstoyoungchildren,suchasemotionalalienationbetweenchildrenandtheirparents,formationofbadbehaviorhab...
