·临床研究·552024,14(1)医师在线第14卷第1期尿液标本不同放置环境温度和时间对尿液常规检验准确性的影响韩蕾（赤峰市肿瘤医院检验科，内蒙古赤峰024000）【摘要】目的探讨尿液标本不同放置环境温度和时间对尿液常规检验准确性的影响。方法选取我院检验科2022年6～12月采集的64例住院健康体检人员的尿液标本64份，每份20ml，各均分为2小份（每份10ml），分别于室温下、4℃下保存待测。对比不同放置环境温度和时间对尿液生化指标、细胞计数、红细胞形态变化的影响。结果室温下放置2h、3h时，尿酸（UA）、尿肌酐（Ucr）、总蛋白（TP）水平均明显高于采样即刻、放置1h时（P＜0.05），尿钾（K+）、尿钠（Na+）水平、红细胞和大红细胞计数均明显低于采样即刻、放置1h时（P＜0.05）。4℃下，各放置时间尿液生化指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），放置2h、3h时，红细胞和小红细胞计数明显低于采样即刻、放置1h时（P＜0.05）。室温下放置2h、3h时，UA、Ucr、TP水平均明显高于4℃下放置2h、3h时水平（P＜0.05），K+、Na+水平均明显低于4℃下放置2h、3h时水平（P＜0.05），红细胞和大红细胞计数明显低于4℃下放置2h、3h时水平（P＜0.05）。结论4℃下冰箱保存对尿液标本的影响小于室温下保存，但放置时间≥2h同样都会影响尿液标本质量及检测结果的准确性。【关键词】环境温度；放置时间；尿液标本；生化指标；细胞计数；红细胞形态EffectofdifferentambienttemperatureandtimeofurinespecimensontheaccuracyofurineroutinetestHANLei.DepartmentofLaboratory,ChifengCancerHospital,Chifeng024000,China.【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofdifferentambienttemperatureandtimeofurinespecimenontheaccuracyofurineroutinetest.MethodsFromJunetoDecember2022,64urinesamplesof64hospitalizedhealthycheck-uppersonnelwerecollectedfromtheclinicallaboratoryofourhospital,each20mlwasdividedinto2smallparts(10mleach),whichwerestoredatroomtemperatureand4℃respectivelyfortesting.Theeffectsofdifferentambienttemperatureandstandingtimeonurinebiochemicalindexes,cellcountandredbloodcellmorphologywerecompared.ResultsThelevelsofuricacid(UA),urinecreatinine(Ucr)andtotalprotein(TP)at2hand3hafterstandingroomtemperatureweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseatimmediatelyaftersamplingand1h(P<0.05),thelevelsofurinepotassi...
