摘要:以健康长寿为视角,采用相关性统计分析等方法,研究20~69岁人群身体素质衰减特征。研究结果:①身体素质促进健康长寿;②成年全期平缓衰减、老年初期加快衰减;③不同身体素质衰减幅度不同,男性身体素质衰减幅度及排序为:柔韧素质83.7%>平衡素质74.8%>速度素质59.1%>力量素质22.7%;女性为:平衡素质77.8%>速度素质60.4%>柔韧素质40.7%>力量素质16.3%;④全周期(20-69岁)身体素质衰减时序为:相对衰减期(20-24岁)、柔韧素质衰减期(25-34岁)、力量素质衰减期(35-39岁)、平衡素质衰减期(40-59岁)、全面衰减期(60-69岁)。我国20-69岁人群身体素质衰减方向、衰减幅度等特征明显。由此建议:遵循衰减特征规律,进一步增强锻炼目的性、针对性,从而更好地促进身体素质全面发展和人的健康长寿。关键词:健康长寿;成年人;老年人;身体素质Abstract:Fromtheperspectiveofhealthylongevity,thispaperanalyzesthecharacteristicsofphysicalfitnessdecayinpeopleaged20-69years,usingmethodssuchascorrelationalstatisticalanalysistoexploreexistingcharacteristicsanddiscussanalysisandrecommendations.Theresultsareasfllows:(a)Physicalfitnesspromoteshealthandlongevity;(b)Theattenuationisgentlethroughoutadulthoodandacceleratedinearlyadulthood;(c)Theattenuationrateofdifferentphysicalfitnessvaries.Theorderoftheattenuationrateofmalephysicalfitnessis:flexibility83.7%>balance74.8%>speed59.1%>strength22.7%;forwomen,thebalancequalityis77.8%,speedqualityis60.4%,flexibilityqualityis40.7%,andstrengthqualityis16.3%;(d)Thetimesequenceofphysicalfitnessdecayacrosstheentirelifespan(20-69yearsold)is:relativedecayphase(20-24yearsold),flexibilitydecayphase(25-34yearsold),strengthdecayphase(35-39yearsold),balancedecayphase(40-59yearsold),andoveralldecayphase(60-69yearsold).Thecharacteristicsofphysicalfitnessdeclineinthe20-69agegroupinChinaareobvious,suchasthedirectionandmagnitudeofdecline.Therefore,itisnecessarytofollowthelawsofphysicalfitnessdeclineandfurtherenhancethepurposeandrelevanceofexercisetobetterpromotethecomprehensivedevelopmentofphysicalfitnessandhumanhealthandlongevity.Keywords:healthylongevity;adults;elderly;physicalfitness群众体育QUNZHONG...
