96第2卷第11期2023年6月Vol.2No.11Jun.2023科技与健康TechnologyandHealth健康管理在糖尿病预防控制中的应用探究谢忠艳（息烽县疾病预防控制中心，贵州贵阳551100）摘要：为评析健康管理在糖尿病预防控制中的影响，选取2021年4月—2022年4月息烽县疾病预防控制中心收治的86例确诊为2型糖尿病的患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法平均分为两组，分别为参照组和试验组，每组各43例。参照组采用药物治疗模式，试验组采用健康管理模式（主要是应用饮食+运动+药物治疗方案）。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗满意度、血糖水平、血脂水平和胰岛水平。结果显示，治疗后，试验组临床疗效、治疗满意度、血糖水平、血脂水平，治疗6个月后胰岛水平均优于参照组（P＜0.05）。研究发现，糖尿病预防控制中，在药物治疗基础上，联合健康管理模式，即应用饮食与运动疗法，利于改善患者糖脂代谢水平，优化患者胰岛功能，提高临床疗效和患者满意度。关键词：糖尿病；饮食；运动；药物；健康管理中图分类号：R587.1文献标识码：AApplicationofHealthManagementinthePreventionandControlofDiabetesXieZhongyan(XifengCountyDiseasePreventionandControlCenter,Guiyang,Guizhou551100)Abstract:Toevaluatetheinfluenceofhealthmanagementonthepreventionandcontrolofdiabetes.Atotalof86patientswithtype2diabeteswereselectedfromApril2021toApril2022.Grouping:Randomnumbertablemethod.Referencegroup:43cases,treatedwithmedication.Experimentalgroup:43cases,withahealthmanagementmodel,mainlyusingadiet+exercise+medicationtreatmentplan.Evaluatethebloodglucosecontrolstatusofeachgroup.Aftertreatment,theclinicalefficacy,treatmentsatisfaction,bloodglucoselevels,bloodlipidlevels,and6-monthpancreaticisletlevelsintheexperimentalgroupweresuperiortothoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thestudyfoundthatinthepreventionandcontrolofdiabetes,onthebasisofdrugtreatment,thecombinedhealthmanagementmodel,thatis,theapplicationofdietandexercisetherapy,isconducivetoimprovingthelevelofglucoseandlipidmetabolismofpatients,andcanalsoimprovethefunctionofpancreaticislets,whichisconducivetoimprovingclinicalefficacyandpatientsatisfaction.Keywords:diabetes;diet;exercise;medications;healthmanagement作者简介：谢忠艳（1978—），女，息烽县...
