第46卷第9期2023年9月煤矿安全环保与煤炭加工近距离煤层群底板拦截钻孔抽采回采工作面卸压瓦斯技术研究煤炭与化工CoalandChemicalIndustryVol.46No.9Sep.2023刘树轮,韩思华(冀中能源邯郸矿业集团太行矿业有限公司,河北邯郸056300)摘要:根据赤峪煤矿近距离煤层群开采及瓦斯含量在10m3/t以上等特殊条件,采用近距离煤层群底板拦截钻孔抽采回采工作面卸压瓦斯技术,利用在3号煤层的掘进巷道施工拦截钻孔,拦截钻孔抽采3号、4号煤层卸压瓦斯,降低回采过程中3号、4号煤层卸压瓦斯涌入2号煤层采空区的量。该技术通过在赤峪煤矿中央采区C1204工作面试验结果表明,底板拦截钻孔抽采回采工作面卸压瓦斯技术可替代底板抽采巷施工底板卸压钻孔,不仅有效的降低煤层瓦斯含量、压力,保证了工作面安全生产,同时节省了底板抽采巷因变形严重需要维修的费用。关键词:近距离煤层群;底板拦截钻孔;卸压瓦斯中图分类号:TD712Researchonpressurereliefgastechnologyofminingfacebyinterceptingboreholesinfloorofclosedistance(HebeiEnergyHandanMiningGroupTaihangMiningCo.,Ltd.,HebeiHandan056300,China)Abstract:Accordingtothespecialconditionsofclosedistancecoalseamgroupminingandgascontentabove10m3/tinChiyuCoalMine,thetechnologyofpressurereliefgasextractionfromworkingfacebyinterceptingboreholesinthefloorofclosedistancecoalseamgroupisadopted.ThepressurereliefgasofNo.3andNo.4coalseamsisinterceptedbyinterceptingboreholesintheexcavationroadwayofNo.3coalseam,soastoreducethepressurereliefgasofNo.3andNo.4coalseamsintothegoafofNo.2coalseamintheprocessofmining.ThroughthetestresultsofthetechnologyintheC1204workingfaceofthecentralminingareaofChiyuCoalMine,theresultsshowthatthepressurereliefgastechnologyofthefloorinterceptiondrillingextractionminingfacecanreplacethepressurereliefdrillingofthefloorextractionroadway,whichnotonlyeffectivelyreducesthegascontentandpressureofthecoalseam,butalsoensuresthesafeproductionoftheworkingface.Atthesametime,itsavesthecostofmaintenanceofthefloorextractionroadwayduetoseriousdeformation.Keywords:closedistancecoalseamgroup;bottomplateinterceptdrlling;pressurereliefgas文献标识码:BcoalseamgroupLiuShulun,HanSihua文章编号:2095-5979(2023...
