10论著影像研究与医学应用2024年2月第8卷第4期冠状动脉CT血管成像血管储备分数对冠心病不良心脏事件的预测价值分析张恒（济宁市第一人民医院放射科山东济宁272002）AnalysisofthepredictivevalueofcoronaryCTangiographyvascularreservefractionforadversecardiaceventsincoronaryarterydiseaseZHANGHengDepartmentofRadiology,JiningFirstPeople'sHospital,Jining,Shandong272002,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatethevalueofusingcoronaryCTangiographyvascularreservefractioninthepredictionofcoronaryheartdiseasemajorcardiovascularadverseevent(MACE).Methods80coronaryheartdiseasepatientswhounderwentcoronaryCTangiographyintheFirstPeople'sHospitalofJiningCityfromMarch2022toApril2023weretakenasthestudysubjects,andtheyweredividedinto31casesintheMACEgroupand49casesintheno-MACEgroupaccordingtowhetherornotMACEoccurred.Thegeneralinformationandcoronaryvascularreservescoreofthetwogroupswerecompared,andthecorrelationofthepredictivevalueofcoronaryvascularreservescoreonMACEwasanalyzedbylogisticregressionanalysis.ResultsComparingthegeneralinformationofthetwogroups,therewasstatisticallynonsignificant(P＞0.05);thevalueofcoronaryvascularreservescoreintheMACEgroupwaslowerthanthatinthegroupwithoutMACE,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P＜0.05);themultivariatelogisticregressionanalysisshowedthatthevalueofcoronaryvascularreservescorewasanindependentriskfactoraffectingtheoccurrenceofMACEinpatientswithcoronaryheartdisease.ConclusionBycomparingthegeneralinformationofpatientswithandwithoutMACEandthecoronaryvascularreservescore,itwasfoundthatthepatients'underlyingdiseases,ageandgender,andotherinformationhadlessinfluenceonMACE,whiletheindependentriskfactorsofMACEwerefoundtoincludethevalueofcoronaryvascularreservescorebymultivariatelogisticregressionanalysis,whichindicatedthatcoronaryCTangiographyvascularreservescorehadapredictivevalueforMACE,suggeststhatcoronaryCTangiographyvascularreservescorehasapredictivevalueforMACE.【Keywords】CoronaryCTangiography;Vascularreservescore;Coronaryheartdiseaseandmajorcardiov...
