医院管理论坛|2024年1月第41卷第1期|15医疗安全非惩罚制度下医院护理不良事件的上报情况及影响因素分析AnalysisofReportingSituationandInfluencingFactorsofHospitalNursingAdverseEventsunderNon-PunishmentSystem□陈雅妮CHENYa-ni周冰冰ZHOUBing-bing陈慧君CHENHui-jun孙佳SUNJia何林瑜HELin-yu摘要Abstract目的分析非惩罚制度背景下护理不良事件上报情况及影响因素，为提高护理不良事件的上报率提供参考。方法于2022年1—2月随机抽取我院316名护理人员作为研究对象，利用问卷调查法对护理不良事件上报的影响因素进行分析。结果担心对个人形象产生影响、担心受到处罚和不良事件上报流程过于复杂是影响护理人员护理不良事件上报的主要因素；不同分级护理人员的护理不良事件上报影响因素不同，不良事件的上报流程过于复杂是1级和5级护理人员的主要影响因素(p<0.05)；担心对个人形象产生影响和担心受到处罚是2级、3级和4级护理人员的主要影响因素(p<0.05)；其他因素对不同分级护理人员护理不良事件上报的影响评分差异无统计学意义(p﹥0.05)。结论非惩罚制度背景下护理不良事件上报的影响因素主要为担心对个人形象产生影响、担心受到处罚和不良事件上报流程过于复杂，应当在加强护理人员有关非惩罚制度教育的基础上，加强对现有护理不良事件上报流程的全面优化。ObjectiveToanalyzethereportingofnursingadverseeventsanditsinfluencingfactorsunderthebackgroundofnon-punishmentsystem,soastoprovidereferenceforimprovingthereportingrateofnursingadverseevents.MethodsFromJanuarytoFebruary2022,316nursesinourhospitalwererandomlyselectedastheresearchobjects,andtheinfluencingfactorsofnursingadverseeventsreportingwereanalyzedbyquestionnairesurvey.ResultsThemainfactorsaffectingthereportingofnursingadverseeventswereworryingabouttheimpactonpersonalimage,worryingaboutbeingpunishedandthereportingprocessofadverseeventsbeingtoocomplex.Theinfluencingfactorsofnursingadverseeventsreportingweredifferentamongnursesofdifferentgrades.Thereportingprocessofadverseeventswastoocomplex,whichwasthemaininfluencingfactorfornursesofgrade1andgrade5(p<0.05).Worryingabouttheimpactonpersonalimageandworryingaboutbeingpunishedwerethemaininfluencingfactorsofgrade2,3and4nurses(p<0.05).Therewasnostatisticallys...
