26论著影像研究与医学应用2024年2月第8卷第3期多层螺旋CT检查在肝硬化诊断中的应用价值及相关CT参数分析李景华（枣庄市山亭区人民医院医学影像科山东枣庄277200）Applicationvalueofmulti-slicespiralCTinthediagnosisofcirrhosisandanalysisofrelevantCTparametersLIJinghuaDepartmentofMedicalImaging,ZaozhuangCityShantingDistrictPeople'sHospital,Zaozhuang,Shandong277200,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationvalueofmulti-slicespiralCTinthediagnosisofcirrhosisandtheanalysisofrelevantCTparameters.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithsuspectedcirrhosisadmittedtoZaozhuangCityShantingDistrictPeople'sHospitalfromJanuary2022toJanuary2023wereselected.Allpatientsunderwentmulti-slicespiralCTexamination.Theapplicationvalueofmulti-slicespiralCTexaminationinthediagnosisofcirrhosiswasanalyzedusingliverpuncturebiopsyasthegoldstandard.ResultsIn80patientswithsuspectedcirrhosis,theresultsofliverbiopsywerepositivein67casesandnegativein13cases.TheliverfunctiongradewasAin58cases,Bin6cases,andCin3cases.Multi-slicespiralCTshowedthat66caseswerepositiveand14caseswerenegative.Theaccuracyofmulti-slicespiralCTforlivercirrhosiswas93.75%,sensitivitywas95.52%,specificitywas84.62%,positivepredictivevaluewas96.97%,negativepredictivevaluewas78.57%,Kappavalue=0.777,andtheconsistencywasexcellentwithpathologicalexaminationresults.Theresultsofliverfunctionclassificationbymulti-slicespiralCTshowedthat56casesweregradeA,7casesweregradeB,and4casesweregradeC,withthedetectionaccuracyof91.04%(61/67).ThebodysurfaceareaofgradeCliverfunctionwashigherthanthatofgroupAandB,andthelivervolumeofgroupBwashigherthanthatofgroupAandC,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionMulti-slicespiralCThasahighaccuracyinthediagnosisofcirrhosis,whichcanaccuratelyobtainthedataofliverbodysurfaceareaandlivervolumeofpatients,effectivelydisplaytheliverfunctiongrade,providebasisforlatertreatment,andhavesignificantclinicalapplicationvalue.【Keywords】Cirrhosis;Multi-slicespiralCT;Consistency【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT检查在肝硬化诊断中...
