73第2卷第14期2023年7月Vol.2No.14Jul.2023科技与健康TechnologyandHealth健康教育联合电话随访在老年高血压患者护理中的应用价值研究瓦娟（遵义市妇幼保健院，贵州遵义561000）摘要：研究健康教育联合电话随访在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果。选择80例遵义市妇幼保健院治疗时间在2022年6月—2023年6月的老年高血压患者为研究对象，将患者进行简单随机化分组，分为参照组和实验组，每组各40例。参照组实施常规出院叮嘱干预方式，实验组实施健康教育与电话随访相结合干预方式。对比两组患者干预效果。结果显示，实验组患者血压控制情况优于参照组（P＜0.05），实验组患者遵医用药、合理饮食、限酒、体育锻炼以及戒烟情况优于参照组（P＜0.05），实验组患者对护理的满意度高于参照组（P＜0.05）。研究发现，健康教育联合电话随访在老年高血压患者护理中的效果明显，可明显控制患者血压，抑制患者病情发展，患者对护理的满意度高。关键词：健康教育；电话随访；老年高血压；应用效果中图分类号：R473.5文献标识码：ATheValueofHealthEducationCombinedwithTelephoneFollow-upintheCareofElderlyHypertensivePatientsWaJuan(ZunyiMaternalandChildHealthCareHospital,Zunyi,Guizhou561000)Abstract:Tostudytheapplicationeffectofhealtheducationcombinedwithtelephonefollow-upinthecareofelderlyhyperten-sivepatients.EightyelderlypatientswithhypertensiontreatedfromJune2022toJune2023inZunyiMaternalandChildHealthCareHospitalwereselectedastheresearchsubjects,andthepatientsweresimplyrandomizedintoareferencegroupandanex-perimentalgroup,with40casesineachgroup.Thereferencegroupimplementedroutinedischargecounselingintervention,andtheexperimentalgroupimplementedacombinationofhealtheducationandtelephonefollow-up.Theeffectsoftheinterventionwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Theresultsshowedthatthebloodpressurecontrolofpatientsintheexperimentalgroupwasbetterthanthatofthereferencegroup(P<0.05),thepatientsintheexperimentalgroupwerebetterthanthereferencegroup(P<0.05)incomplyingwithmedicalmedication,reasonablediet,alcoholrestriction,physicalexerciseandsmokingcessation,andthesatisfactionofpatientsintheexperimentalgroupwithnursingwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thestudyfoun...
