16论著影像研究与医学应用2024年3月第8卷第6期对比分析瘢痕妊娠不同分型患者经阴道超声特征及其临床特点彭秀丽（金乡县人民医院超声诊疗科山东济宁272200）ComparativeanalysisoftransvaginalultrasoundcharacteristicsandclinicalcharacteristicsinpatientswithdifferenttypesofcesareanscarpregnancyPENGXiuliDepartmentofUltrasoundDiagnosisandTreatment,JinxiangCountyPeople'sHospital,Jining,Shandong272200,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplorethecharacteristicsandclinicalcharacteristicsoftransvaginalultrasoundinpatientswithdifferenttypesofcesareanscarpregnancy(CSP).MethodsAtotalof72patientswithCSPadmittedtoourhospitalfromJanuary2021toSeptember2023wereselectedtoundergotransvaginalultrasonography.HistopathologyresultswereusedasthegoldstandardtoanalyzethediagnosticcoincidencerateandultrasonographiccharacteristicsofdifferenttypesofCSPbytransvaginalultrasonography.ResultsThehistopathologicalresultsweretakenasthegoldstandard.thediagnosticcoincidencerateoftransvaginalultrasoundforscarpregnancywas90.28%.TheechogenicityofgestationalsactypeCSPwaslowerthanthatofagglomeratetypeCSP,includinggestationalsaclikestructure,unevenmixedechoatscarsite,andricherbloodsupplyratiooflesions,themaximumdiameteroflesionsintheloweruterinesegmentwassmallerthanthatofagglomeratetypeCSP,andtheremainingmusclethicknesswasgreaterthanthatintheCSPgroup(P<0.05).Therewasnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinthepositionoftheuterus,pelvicfluidaccumulation,andendometrialthicknessatthebottomoftheuterusbetweenthetwotypesofCSP(P>0.05).ConclusionTransvaginalultrasoundcanimprovethediagnosticcoincidencerateofCSPpatients,anddifferenttypesofCSPpatientshavetypicalultrasoniccharacteristics,whichishelpfultoprovidereferenceforcorrectdiagnosisofCSP.【Keywords】Cesareanscarpregnancy;Somatotype;Transvaginalultrasound;Acoustographicfeatures【摘要】目的：探讨瘢痕妊娠（CSP）不同分型患者经阴道超声特征及其临床特点。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年9月金乡县人民医院收治的CSP患者72例，均需经阴道超声检查，以组织病理学检查结果为金标准，分析经阴道超声对不同分型C...
