医院管理论坛|2024年3月第41卷第3期|59护理管理接触点管理在儿科护理管理中的应用与效果分析ApplicationandEffectivenessAnalysisofTouchpointManagementinPediatricNursingManagement□占裕香ZHANYu-xiang摘要Abstract目的探讨接触点管理在儿科护理管理中的应用与效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年1月浙江省常山县人民医院儿科收治的住院患儿87例为对照组,实施常规优质护理服务;选取2022年2月—2022年6月收治的住院患儿87例为观察组,在对照组基础上实施接触点管理。对比实施接触点管理前后儿科护士的护理质量评分及两组患儿家长的护理满意度。结果实施接触点管理后儿科护士的护理质量评分显著高于实施前;观察组患儿家长护理满意度为97.70%,显著高于对照组的81.61%(p<0.05)。结论在儿科护理管理中提取接触点,制定相关服务标准并实施,组织护士培训,加强接触点的监督考核,使护理工作更加人性化、程序化和科学化,有效提高护理质量,同时也有效提升了患儿和家长的护理满意度和医院美誉度。ObjectiveToexploretheuseandeffectivenessoftouchpointmanagementinpediatricnursingmanagement.Methods87casesofhospitalizedchildrenadmittedtothedepartmentofpediatricsofChangshanCountyPeople'sHospitalinZhejiangProvincefromSeptember2021toJanuary2022wereselectedasthecontrolgroup,androutinequalitynursingserviceswereimplemented.87casesofhospitalizedchildrenadmittedfromFebruary2022toJune2022wereselectedastheobservationgroup,andtouchpointmanagementwasimplementedonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thequalityofcarescoresofpediatricnursesbeforeandaftertheimplementationoftouchpointmanagementandthenursingsatisfactionofparentsofchildreninthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThequalityofcarescoresofpediatricnursesweresignificantlyhigheraftertheimplementationoftouchpointmanagementthanbeforetheimplementation.Thenursingsatisfactionofparentsofchildrenintheobservationgroupwas97.70%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthan81.61%inthecontrolgroup(p<0.05).ConclusionExtractingtouchpointsinpediatricnursingmanagement,formulatingrelevantservicestandardsandimplementingthem,organizingtrainingfornurses,andstrengtheningthesupervisionandassessmentoftouchpointshavemadenursingmorehumanized,procedural,andsc...
