29论著影像研究与医学应用2024年3月第8卷第6期经会阴超声对产后早期盆底功能的评估价值探讨吴路凤，张文静，王艳英（无锡怡和妇产医院超声科江苏无锡214000）ThevalueofevaluationofearlypostpartumpelvicfloorfunctionbytransperinealultrasoundWULufeng,ZHANGWenjing,WANGYanyingDepartmentofUltrasound,WuxiYiheMaternityHospital,Wuxi,Jiangsu214000,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheaccuracyoftransperinealultrasoundonearlypostpartumpelvicfloorfunction.Methods115parturientwomenadmittedtoWuxiYiheMaternityHospitalfromJanuary2021toJuly2023wereselectedforthestudy,allofwhomunderwenttransperinealultrasoundexamination.Theexaminationresultsoftheparturientwomenwereanalyzed,andtheposteriorangleofthebladder,urethralrotationangle,bladderneckmovement,aswellastheleftandrightdiameters,anteriorandposteriordiameters,andareasofthelevatoranimuscleruptureunderdifferentmovementswereobservedatdifferenttimeperiods.ResultsTheposteriorangleofthebladder,urethralrotationangle,andbladderneckmovementofpostpartumwomenat6-8weekswere(131.82±15.66)°,(38.92±12.39)°and(23.52±4.16)mm,allweresignificantlylargerthanthoseinlatepregnancy(114.39±9.88)°,(29.47±8.82)°and(14.55±3.51)mm(P<0.05).Theleftandrightdiameters,anteriorandposteriordiameters,andareasofthelevatoranimuscleruptureinpostpartumwomenunderdifferentmovementsat6-8weekswerelargerthanthoseinlatepregnancy,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionTransperinealultrasoundhashighaccuracyofpelvicfloorfunctioninearlypostpartum,whichcananalyzetherecoveryofmaternalpelvicfloorfunctionafterchildbirth.Inaddition,abnormalphenomenacanbefoundintimetoprovidescientificdatasupportforclinicalpractice.【Keywords】Transperinealultrasound;Postpartum;Earlypelvicfloorfunction【摘要】目的：分析经会阴超声对产后早期盆底功能的评估价值。方法：选择无锡怡和妇产医院2021年1月—2023年7月收治的115例产妇进行研究，均实施经会阴超声检查，分析产妇的检查结果，观察不同时间段膀胱后角、尿道旋转角、膀胱颈移动度以及不同动作下的提肛肌裂口左右径、前后径、面积等情况。结果：产妇产后...
